Ye Fan knew that with his own strength, he might have a slim chance against Nuwa. However, if faced with both Fu Xi and Nuwa together, he would have no chance of victory.
"Ye Fan, you should just give up," said Fu Xi. "No one is here to lend you their life. If you can leave here, you might have a better outcome instead of waiting here to die. If you're bent on being stubborn, then you're seeking your own death, and I won't interfere with Nuwa."
Nuwa said, "Fu Xi, I hope you'll stand by your words. I want to kill this unwise human, and you'd better not stop me. Otherwise, I won't spare you. Do you really think your cultivation level is above mine?"
