Chapter 13 - Chapter 13 Merging the Bodies

'How the fuck am I going to have sex with a pussy that I can probably fit into?'

That thought continued to repeat itself as I stared up at Hedwig. The giant owl woman was currently kneeling, which still left her almost twice my height, while her enormous feather-covered breasts rested heavily against her stomach. Her eyes were glazed over from the Puppet of Lust skill, but unlike Vera, there was still a frightening amount of magical power radiating from her.

One of my parallel minds immediately started designing a platform that would allow me to climb inside her without falling. I mentally told it to stop wasting time, only for it to begin adding handles and several gripping runes.

'Fine. Save the design for later, but focus on something useful for now. We still have a Kingdom to destroy.'

The four smaller women were gathered around Hedwig's legs, waiting for me to give them an order. Erica and Jasmine were almost identical fox women, although one had silver fur while the other had golden fur. Lola looked like an extremely busty rabbit woman with long white ears, and Hannah was a short mouse woman with breasts large enough that they looked like they should make her fall forward.

"Go inside the fortress and find Vera. You will follow any order she gives you unless it contradicts one of mine," I said, pointing toward the fortress behind me.

"Yes, Mistress," five voices responded at once.

Hedwig stood up, blocking a large portion of the blood-red sky with her wings. Erica, Jasmine, Lola, and Hannah climbed onto her back and shoulders before the giant owl woman started walking toward the fortress.

'Damn, her ass is almost as large as my bedroom.'

I watched them leave for another minute before turning toward the SS-Ranked Runic Mythril Spear resting on my workbench. All of the challenge requirements except killing 10,000 sentient beings and destroying an entire Kingdom had finally been completed.

Now, I just needed Zaric to finish evacuating our people from the nearest Kingdom.

(1 Day Later)

"Mistress, the evacuation has been completed," Zaric said as he walked into my workshop. "The last merchant caravan crossed the border three hours ago. None of your subjects, spies, merchants, or servants remain within the Kingdom of Vask."

I looked away from the newest version of the platform one of my parallel minds had designed. It now had a ladder, padded gripping handles, and several space-expansion runes that would keep Hedwig's insides from accidentally crushing me.

'That might actually work.'

I mentally stored the design inside my Mind Palace before giving Zaric my full attention.

"What about the Ash Rat?"

"It has reached the lower levels of the royal palace. One of the Floating Eyeballs is currently following it and can provide a visual connection whenever you are ready."

"Perfect."

I stood up and grabbed the spear from my workbench. The instant my hand touched it, the weapon reacted to my magic. Lightning crawled across the polished Mythril while the Gravity Runes distorted the air surrounding the spearhead.

The Necrotic and Phantom Fire Magic compressed inside it had continued growing since I created it. The entire weapon was practically vibrating with the need to be used.

"Let's go outside. I don't want to destroy my own fortress while testing this thing."

"That would be unfortunate," Zaric agreed.

We walked several miles outside the city. Hundreds of undead and infernal workers stopped what they were doing and bowed as I passed, while the smarter summons hurried to get everyone away from the direction I was heading.

Once we were far enough away, Zaric raised his hand and connected me to the Floating Eyeball.

A large viewing window appeared in front of me.

The Ash Rat was crawling through a dark tunnel beneath the royal palace. Hundreds of pipes covered the walls and ceiling, carrying magic throughout the palace and into the city's ward network. It was exactly what I needed.

The rat continued forward until it reached a large underground chamber filled with metal tables, cages, bodies, and alchemical equipment. An older human man was standing over a massive glass container, feverishly writing something into a book.

Inside the container was a twisted creature with the upper body of a pale woman, the lower body of a giant spider, two pairs of mismatched wings, a reptilian tail, and several small animal heads growing from its back.

"Huh. That's fucked up," I muttered.

The scientist looked exhausted but incredibly proud of himself as he walked around the container. I briefly considered stealing the creature, but the Ash Rat had already climbed into the ventilation shaft leading toward the Kingdom's central ward chamber.

"Maybe I'll investigate whatever that thing was after the explosion," I said.

Zaric glanced at the spear in my hand before looking back at the creature.

"I do not believe there will be anything left to investigate, Mistress."

"Probably not."

The Ash Rat eventually reached the Kingdom's Heartstone. It was a twenty-foot-tall crystal covered in thousands of runes, with magical threads extending from it in every direction.

The Heartstone connected the capital to every city, town, fort, road, temple, and noble estate officially recognized as part of Vask. It was the central power source for the Kingdom's entire ward network.

The Ash Rat crawled onto the crystal and pressed both of its skeletal paws against it.

"System, copy the magical frequency of the Heartstone and transfer it into the spear."

Notice: The magical frequency of the Vaskian Royal Ward Network has been copied.

Notice: The frequency has been transferred to the SS-Ranked Runic Mythril Spear.

Notice: The weapon will now recognize all structures, individuals, defensive systems, and connected territories registered beneath the authority of the Kingdom of Vask as a single target.

The runes covering the spear flared.

The weapon moved slightly in my hand, turning toward the distant Kingdom.

"Would you like the Floating Eyeballs to retreat?" Zaric asked.

"No. Keep one several miles outside the border so we can watch what happens. The others can stay inside. I can always summon more."

"As you command."

I tightened my grip around the spear and pulled my arm backward. The Gravity Runes activated first, reducing its weight until it felt like I was holding a feather. Lightning gathered around me, making my silver hair rise while the ground beneath my feet cracked.

Three of my parallel minds took control of the various enchantments. One focused on the Lightning Runes, another maintained the Gravity Runes, while the third ensured the Soul and Tracking Runes remained locked onto the Kingdom's magical frequency.

The fourth mind continued working on the platform for Hedwig.

'Seriously?'

'This requires very little attention.'

'Fine.'

"Should we move farther away?" Zaric asked as the storm surrounding me grew stronger.

"Probably."

Zaric immediately teleported several hundred feet away.

"Smart."

I poured the rest of my available magic into the spear.

The Necrotic Magic inside it pulsed like a diseased heart while Phantom Fire leaked between the runes, burning black and blue across the spearhead. The air grew so dense that the ground surrounding me began to sink.

"Goodbye, Vask."

I threw the spear.

For less than a second, there was absolute silence.

Then the air exploded.

The weapon leaving my hand created a massive crater beneath my feet. A deafening boom spread outward while the spear vanished into the sky, leaving a line of lightning and warped space behind it.

Notice: Your SS-Ranked Runic Mythril Spear has surpassed Mach 10.

Notice: Mach 20.

Notice: Mach 40.

Notice: Mach 75.

"Holy fuck," I whispered.

The Floating Eyeball outside the Kingdom turned toward the sky.

A silver light appeared in the distance.

The spear crossed seventy-two miles in only a few seconds before tearing through the Kingdom's outer wards as though they weren't even there. It traveled through several layers of stone and struck the Heartstone beneath the royal palace.

The image froze.

Black-and-blue Phantom Fire erupted from beneath the palace.

The fire expanded so quickly that most people within the capital probably didn't even realize what was happening. The palace disappeared first, followed by the surrounding noble estates and military compounds. Stone turned into ash, metal melted, and the city walls collapsed into pools of glowing liquid.

The Heartstone tried to resist the attack.

That was a mistake.

The spear's Soul Runes attached themselves to the Heartstone's magical frequency, while the Lightning Runes forced the Phantom Fire into every magical thread connected to the royal ward network.

Thousands of black-and-blue lines spread out from the capital.

Every royal fort ignited.

Every noble estate registered beneath the crown ignited.

Every city, village, temple, mine, watchtower, and protected road connected to the Heartstone ignited.

For a few seconds, the entire Kingdom was outlined in Phantom Fire.

Then the Necrotic Magic activated.

A black-and-green wave expanded outward from every burning ward stone. Trees withered instantly, rivers turned black, and every living creature touched by the magic collapsed as its life force was torn away.

The Gravity Runes activated last.

The capital, surrounding mountains, cities, towns, roads, farmland, and defensive forts were dragged toward the Heartstone. Hundreds of miles of land folded inward as everything still connected to Vask's magical network was crushed toward the capital.

The Floating Eyeball survived long enough to show me the capital disappearing into an enormous black crater.

Then the screen went dark.

Notice: Your Floating Eyeball has been destroyed.

"Well, that looked successful."

"Mistress, I believe that may be an understatement."

A massive wall of golden windows appeared in front of me.

Notice: You have killed 83,761 sentient beings.

"Huh, that is a lot of people."

I stared at the numbers for a few seconds. It was difficult to mentally picture 83,761 people, but the challenge was finally complete, and I could return to the Harry Potter Universe.

More windows appeared.

"Goddamn."

Two new minds unfolded inside my Mind Palace. The sensation was extremely uncomfortable, like someone was shoving two additional brains into my skull, but the pain disappeared after a few seconds.

I immediately assigned one of them to sort through the System notifications while the other started examining the magic behind the ruined Kingdom.

The mind designing Hedwig's platform remained focused on its important work.

I slowly smiled as the list continued.

"Ok, destroying a Kingdom is extremely profitable."

"It appears so, Mistress."

Notice: You have gained the Title: Capital Eraser.

A different notification appeared in deep crimson.

Notice: A sentient species under System recognition has become extinct as a direct result of your actions.

Notice: You have gained the Title: Genocide.

"What the fuck? I killed one chimera. How does that count as genocide?"

Notice: The Vaskian Crown Chimera was created by Royal Alchemist Davion Kross beneath the royal palace.

Previous Vaskian Crown Chimera Population: 1.

Current Vaskian Crown Chimera Population: 0.

Percentage of Species Exterminated: 100%.

Title requirements have been fulfilled.

I stared at the window for a few seconds.

"So, technically, if someone creates a new species and I immediately kill it, that counts as genocide?"

Notice: That is correct.

"Huh."

That seemed like a bit of a System oversight, but I wasn't going to complain about receiving another title.

Genocide: You have eradicated every known member of a sentient species. You can instinctively recognize whether a target is the final surviving member of its species or bloodline. Damage against the final surviving member of a species is increased by 500%.

"Well, that's horrifyingly useful."

Before I could dismiss the windows, the Soul Magic inside my body reacted.

Tens of thousands of lights began appearing in the air around me. Most were white, although blue, green, red, black, silver, and golden lights were mixed throughout them.

Zaric took several steps backward.

"Mistress, the souls of the Kingdom are gathering around you."

"I can see that."

The lights continued multiplying until they filled the sky. There were so many that they blocked out the blood-red sun, surrounding me like an enormous galaxy of trapped stars.

I didn't feel their fear, anger, pain, or memories. They were simply souls that had once belonged to living bodies.

Now, they belonged to me.

Notice: A Personal Soul Dimension has been generated.

Please name the dimension.

"Soul Dominion."

Notice: Personal Dimension named: Soul Dominion.

A doorway opened inside my Mind Palace.

Beyond it was a seemingly endless dark world with a polished silver floor and a sky filled with blue flames. All 83,761 souls were pulled into the dimension, where they separated into different areas based on their species, magical strength, and usefulness.

I could sense every soul inside the Soul Dominion. I didn't know their names or memories unless I deliberately focused on them, but I always knew where they were.

With a thought, I selected a random female elf.

Her soul appeared before me, kneeling silently.

Several options instinctively appeared within my mind. I could question her, release her, feed her to another soul, bind her to a weapon, place her inside a new body, convert her into a summon, or weave her into an item.

"Can I sew her soul into clothing?"

Notice: Your Soul Magic and Sewing Life Skill make this possible.

"I could make an entire wardrobe out of souls."

Notice: That is possible.

"Bedsheets?"

"Socks?"

"I can finally make soul-infused panties that fit properly!"

"This is the best fucking title ever."

I returned the elf to the Soul Dominion and closed the doorway inside my Mind Palace. I could explore it once I returned to the Harry Potter Universe.

You have gained 1 World Challenge Completion Chest.

You have gained 1 Random Primordial Bloodline Evolution.

"That is a lot of rewards."

The most important one was the World Transfer Claim. I immediately opened its description.

SSS-Ranked World Transfer Claim: Select one nonliving object, item, structure, or fixed magical construct from this world to transport with you when returning to your original universe.

"Well, that's obvious. I choose the Necromancer Fortress."

The fortress contained my laboratory, bedroom, workshops, library, Soul Forge, stored materials, magical equipment, and most of the treasure I had collected. There was no way I was choosing anything else.

Notice: SS-Ranked Necromancer Fortress selected.

The Fortress and all permanently connected rooms, enchantments, fixed furniture, internal spatial expansions, stored non-sentient materials, and non-sentient inventory will be transferred.

Warning: Sentient beings cannot be transferred through a World Transfer Claim.

The following individuals and classifications are ineligible for transfer:

Lindsey Silver: Descendant.

Vera Winters: Thrall.

Erica and Jasmine: Thralls.

Hedwig: Thrall.

Lola: Thrall.

Hannah: Thrall.

Zaric: Independently Souled Summon.

All independently souled demons, undead, livestock, servants, workers, scouts, and summons currently residing within the Fortress.

Would you like to continue?

Y/N

One of my parallel minds read through the warning and stored it inside my Mind Palace.

It was mildly annoying. Zaric was extremely competent, Vera was an amazing sex toy, and the five Thralls I had recently summoned had a lot of potential.

Lindsey was also my first heir, although she was still an infant and couldn't currently do anything useful.

I could always summon more servants, make more Thralls, and produce another heir if I needed one.

The thought barely bothered me.

"Yes."

Notice: Selection confirmed.

All sentient occupants will be safely displaced outside the Fortress before compression.

The Necromancer Fortress will be converted into a portable Fortress Core and transferred into your inventory.

Zaric stared at me for several seconds before bowing.

"I understand, Mistress."

"You will take control of the city after I leave. Keep Vera and the other Thralls safe, continue expanding our territory, and protect Lindsey until she is capable of protecting herself."

"As you command."

There was a slight hesitation in his voice that I couldn't understand.

Perhaps he expected me to say something else.

I didn't have anything else to say. He was a useful summon and probably the closest thing I had to a friend, but my Challenge was complete, and I had other things to do.

"System, take me home."

Notice: Before returning, you must decide what will happen to your two bodies.

Option 1: Maintain your Half-Succubus Witch body and Succubus Lich Queen body as separate transformation states.

Option 2: Permanently merge both bodies. All compatible skills, bloodlines, racial traits, titles, affinities, perks, and magical abilities will be combined into a new body.

"I choose to merge them."

I had planned on merging them from the moment the System first mentioned it. Maintaining two bodies would be useful, but the possibility of combining my Primordial Nundu form, Ley Line connection, Lich immortality, full Succubus bloodline, and all of my magic was too good to ignore.

Notice: You possess 1 SSS-Ranked Evolution Card.

Would you like to use the Evolution Card to strengthen and stabilize the merger?

"Yes."

Confirmation required.

The merger will occur within the space between worlds.

The process is irreversible.

Y/N

"Yes."

Golden runes surrounded me.

The city, Zaric, and the red sky vanished.

For a moment, I floated within an endless white void. It was completely different from the Abyss. The Abyss had been a total absence of everything, while this place was filled with so much light and magic that I couldn't see anything else.

My original body appeared in front of me.

The Half-Succubus Witch had pale skin, long white hair, golden eyes, black horns, and large red-tinted wings.

My Lich Queen body appeared beside it. Greyish-white skin, silver hair, red eyes, and an enormous amount of Necrotic and Soul Magic flowed through it.

Both bodies began dissolving.

My soul was ripped out of both bodies.

"AHHHHHHHHH!"

Every part of me was torn apart and inspected. My magic, memories, skills, perks, titles, instincts, and bloodlines separated into thousands of glowing spheres around me.

The Primordial Nundu bloodline appeared as a massive black cat surrounded by poisonous green mist.

The Succubus Lich Queen bloodline appeared as a horned woman wearing a crown of bones and blue fire.

The two images lunged toward each other.

My phylactery appeared inside the void. It was a black crystal that had apparently been hidden inside the magical core of my Lich Queen body.

The crystal shattered.

Instead of killing me, the fragments were dragged into my soul and merged with my Primordial Nundu bloodline. Poison, Necrotic Magic, Soul Magic, and Phantom Fire twisted together, forming an entirely new core.

Phylactery consumed.

Primordial Soul Core created.

"Fantastic. I'm somehow more powerful than before and also Level fucking zero."

My new body finished forming.

I was taller than either of my previous bodies, with snow-white skin covering a body that was both powerfully muscular and excessively feminine. Thick thighs, wide hips, a tightly defined stomach, and breasts larger than they had been in either of my previous forms gave me curves that looked almost impossible.

Long silver-white hair flowed down my back between two enormous black wings. They were much larger than my original wings and would probably reach more than twenty feet from tip to tip when fully spread.

Two curved black horns rose from my head. My ears had become long and pointed, my fingers ended in black claws, and my eyes glowed with an intense cyan-blue light surrounded by faint pink energy.

A reflective screen appeared in front of me.

I looked like a demonic warrior queen designed by someone who had decided the words muscular, beautiful, terrifying, and excessively busty should all be applied at the same time.

"Damn. I look fucking amazing."

Then another notification appeared.

Notice: The emotional limitations caused by the Succubus Lich Queen racial template are incompatible with your new living Primordial Soul Core.

Artificial Lich-based emotional suppression is being removed.

Full emotional range is being restored.

Something inside me changed.

It wasn't painful.

It was worse.

The Kingdom I destroyed remained nothing more than a destroyed Kingdom. I understood that 83,761 people had died because of me, but I didn't suddenly feel guilty about it. They were strangers living in another world, and killing them had completed my Challenge.

Their souls belonged to me now. I could release them if I ever felt like it.

I probably wouldn't.

I didn't feel disgusted by what I had done to Vera, either. She was my Thrall. She belonged to me, and although I could now understand that she had once been an independent person, I had no desire to undo what I had done.

Humans no longer seemed like insects, tools, or living sex toys. I could respect them, form meaningful relationships with them, care for them, and perhaps eventually love some of them.

They were still technically a food source if I needed one.

That fact didn't bother me any more than eating an animal had bothered me in my previous life.

Then I remembered Lindsey.

Not my heir.

Not the infant I had occasionally checked on because it was expected of me.

My daughter.

I remembered Vera giving birth. I remembered the Flesh Mimic placing the tiny infant into my arms. Lindsey had silver-white hair, tiny black horns that had barely broken through her skin, and bright blue eyes that opened for only a moment before closing again.

Her tiny fingers had wrapped around one of mine.

At the time, I had felt almost nothing.

Mild appreciation.

A small amount of pride that my first child had been born healthy.

Then I had named her Lindsey and handed her to the Flesh Mimic.

Now, the memory tore through me.

"My daughter."

The words left my mouth before I fully understood them.

Lindsey wasn't an heir I could replace.

She wasn't another subject or a future extension of my Dominion.

She was my baby.

My infant daughter.

I had left her behind.

"No."

I ripped open my inventory.

The Necromancer Fortress Core was there.

SS-Ranked Necromancer Fortress Core.

Current Sentient Occupants: 0.

"No. Where is Lindsey?"

Notice: Your completed Challenge World is no longer accessible through your current World Travel function.

Notice: You do not possess the dimensional coordinates, authority, skill, or item required to reopen a pathway to that world.

The white void seemed to close around me.

I could barely breathe.

Lindsey was on another world.

An entirely different planet, universe, dimension, or whatever the Empire Building World actually was.

She was surrounded by Thralls, bimbos, undead livestock, demons, and summoned creatures.

Zaric was intelligent and competent. I knew he would protect her because I had ordered him to.

That didn't fucking matter.

I wasn't there.

Her mother wasn't there.
