After that, I taught a bunch of amazons to do restoration magic. When Daphne returned, I asked her how it went. Daphne told me that the elf stopped her right after she started and said she would do it herself. The elf seemed very flustered the whole time.
I laughed for a while about it. Either she was feeling guilty for making someone else do it, or she was feeling jealous. Maybe both. Either way, problem solved. Maybe I'm actually pretty good at being a ruler. Nah, I think elves and amazons are just easy to rule over. There hasn't been any crime or even any serious conflict.
If there are any real problems, I'm not seeing them. Maybe Leah and Sera have been handling all the real conflict without me. Then, only the little problems that are hardly worth resolving show up in my audiences.
