Yuko crossed her arms, trying to maintain her cool exterior, but the faint blush from earlier still hadn't completely faded.
"After all those secrets you kept… and after what happened at the campsite… You owe us this much. Plus…" She glanced away for a second. "I don't want to be away from you right now."
I smiled at both of them, feeling the warmth of their presence fill the room. "I wasn't planning on kicking you out."
Haruna giggled and crawled closer, grabbing my hand and pulling me toward the bed. "Good. Because we're officially a team now. Right, Sister Yuko?"
Yuko nodded slowly, walking up and lightly poking my chest. "Don't get too cocky. I'm still a little mad about the secrecy… but I'm also glad everything's out in the open." Her voice dropped to a softer tone. "And I'm relieved you didn't reject me after learning about my past."
