"well Carmilla it's because i am allied with these 3 and the Yokai and Shinto faction but i don't need to call for those 2 as they will agree with whatever"
issei snaps his finger as 3 chairs move behind the 3 of them they sit down once they stop moving issei points at Carmilla
"this is Carmilla she is the leader of the Carmilla faction or as of now then entire vampire faction as of 2 minutes ago"
they all look at Carmilla
"as of now she wants to ally with me but since you 3 are also my allies i want you 3 so we can all be allies for now i want to make the strongest faction allies"

after hearing everyone agree Carmilla ran over to issei she hug him

she says while smiling issei nodes his head while patting her head Carmilla pouts at this

issei nodes his head standing up once he did the dragon he was resting on turns to dust and goes back into issei body then he turns to look at Azazel
"i think in about 2 days Kokabiel will attack in the past Kokabiel might have wanted to put on a show but because of serena who confronted him in the past here he won't try to put on a show like he would have other wise"
