"Then how did I come into the picture Bucky?" I pulled my hand out of his not bearing the thought of even touching him after what he had just told me. I didn't know how I felt but I knew I had always promised myself I would never be involved with a man who already belonged to someone else.
I started to connect the dots in my head. He always dodged the topic of marriage, I thought maybe it was because we had just started dating and he didn't want to burden himself with something so heavy. I thought maybe it was because I was young and still needed life experiences and once he saw how mature I was the thought of it wouldn't be so scary.
