After a few days, the day of admission to the UA academy finally arrived. Knowing that classes started around eight in the morning, I woke up at six in the morning to have time to do everything I had planned, remembering that I had asked Yui and Reiko to go ahead of me and meet me in the classroom.
After waking up, I immediately took a shower and put on my UA uniform, although I decided not to button my jacket for the moment. Then I prepared my lunch, finished combing my hair to keep my hair from getting in my eyes, and put on some accessories like my silver-framed glasses, a watch, and a small chain that I put on my right arm.
A moment after packing everything in my backpack, I went to a small bakery near my house to buy some meat buns to eat later and some strawberry-filled bread to eat on the way.
I usually like to make my own breakfast, but I didn't calculate the time to prepare everything well and I could only prepare what I would eat later, although this bread doesn't taste bad at all, I wonder what Reiko and Yui had for breakfast.
-UA is about 10 minutes away by train, but I prefer to walk, it's only about 45 minutes, and the weather is comfortable - I thought to myself while chewing the bread and taking sips of hot chocolate that I usually drink in the mornings.
-I've been in this world for a little over 15 years now, and it couldn't have been better - I thought remembering my journey taking advantage of the way - my quirk was undoubtedly much more challenging than I expected, but it's still interesting to slowly learn the extent of my power, as well as understanding how to efficiently use my abilities.
-Then the fact of meeting Yui and Reiko sharing with them all these years is something I will never forget - I thought remembering the good times with my best friends with some nostalgia forming a small smile on my face - it's good to have friends, who accompany me on this journey and not just develop alone, besides it's important to have people to count on, it helped me a lot to have them at school for the assignments.
-I wonder what the other members of class 1b will be like and if I can become friends with any of them - I thought while I watched with a slight expectation about what awaited me - there's also the fact of whether I can become close to any of class 1a, because as I remember in the original manga there were few members who had a friendship between classes.
-As I recall, the closest ones are Kendo and Momo, but it was because most of them had to live together in the internships after the sports festival - I thought while remembering some things from the original manga - after that it would be good to meet some members of other classes to prepare for when we leave the academy, but I don't know if it's a good idea to approach Hatsume Mei considering her attitude.
I stopped my thoughts when I saw the entrance of the UA, leaving aside the technological aspect that as I remember this academy had the best technologies at this time in the world, the aesthetic aspect greatly allowed to observe the greatness that the UA had being the most important hero training academy in all of Japan.
-This really is like a labyrinth - I said while looking at the map that was at the entrance of the UA looking for the classroom of class 1b - I don't understand, why they leave both classes of heroes so separated, it would make it much easier for the students to get to know each other due to their proximity and perhaps there wouldn't be such a marked rivalry as in the original series.
On the map of the main building you could see the special classrooms and the hero classes, general studies, support and hero management of the three years that the academy had, but I spent a little time memorizing all the routes so as not to get lost later.
It took me a few minutes to walk all the way from the entrance to the classroom, but when I got there I could see the large door with a b similar to the one that had appeared on the 1st floor that had been analyzed by Izuku in the first chapters of the manga.
-It looks bigger than in the manga - I thought as I looked at the door with some curiosity - I guess considering the mutant quirks seen in the original series it was something to expect to see something like that.
Leaving that aside I opened the door observing some people who had already arrived, but I quickly focused on Reiko who had raised her arm to get my attention and point to a free seat next to her.
I approached the seat calmly while some of my classmates looked at me for a moment before speaking again, the seat was in the last row and near the window, but it was located diagonally from the one Yui was in and next to the one Reiko was using.
-Good morning Reiko and good morning Yui – I said as I left my bag in my seat while my attention focused on two people I recognized from the anime, but didn't really know in this world – I see that you made the most of your time and already met some of our classmates.
-Good morning Shinzen – said Reiko while Yui just waved at me – we were introducing ourselves and getting to know each other, she is Itsuka Kendo and he is Kojiro Bondo.
