"I have another token for a Devil Fruit, I hope it's better than the last one."

He took out the Token and, summoning the gacha machine, used it, and a black sphere with silver appeared.

"So this should be a Zoan."

[Obtained: Spider-Spider Fruit, Model: Scorpion]

[Allows its user to transform into a hybrid scorpion form and a full scorpion form, turning them into a scorpion-human.]

"So what the system told me is true."

He stared at the 18 million Belly and thought about how many Devil Fruits he could buy, but calmed himself.

"We need money for the future, so I can't spend it all. If I got money after Buggy, then with Kuro they should give me money too."

He decided to spend 13 million, planning to buy Devil Fruits, but his attention shifted to the rest of the options.

"I don't even know how to fight yet, so it'd be better to focus on Talents and Fighting Styles before anything else."

He spent the 13 million on three Talents and four Fighting Styles.

[Obtained: 3 Talent Gacha Token and 4 Fighting Styles Gacha Token]

"Talent first."

He placed the first Token and spun the wheel, where a black sphere appeared.

[Talent: Accelerated Metabolism]

[Your body processes food and toxins faster]

"Common, but not bad."

He took out the second Token and spun the wheel; once again, a black sphere appeared.

"Damn."

[Talent: Warrior Mindset]

[You don't get distracted easily during training]

He placed the last Token and spun the wheel; a golden shine appeared, revealing a silver sphere.

"Yes! Finally something good!"

[Talent: Fighter's Body]

[Your musculature adapts quickly to any fighting style]

"A rare one. Luckily I got one, and it'll help with the fighting styles."

He took out the Fighting Style Tokens and began using them.

The first Fighting Style was a black sphere.

[Obtained: Karate]

The second Fighting Style was a black sphere with silver.

[Obtained: Two-Axe Style]

"This might be useful in the future… as long as I don't get something better."

The third Fighting Style was a black sphere.

[Obtained: Street Fighting]

"Street Fighting? This is so weird—low blows and no rules. Is that really a fighting style?" he wondered as the knowledge entered his mind.

He placed the last token in the gacha machine and a silver sphere came out.

"Another one."

[Obtained: Hoplomachia]

"Hoplomachia?"

The knowledge of the new fighting style entered Oliver's mind, and the image of a Spartan became imprinted.

"This is interesting. Truly interesting," Oliver said with a smile.

"I have four fighting styles, but Hoplomachia is the best of them."

He stretched his arm back and, using his index and middle fingers, thrust forward rapidly, creating a pressure of air that pierced several trees.

"It worked like a spear. I like this style more."

Then he heard a strange sound, and a mutant monkey jumped from a tree.

"Hello, little monkey. Is this because of the tree?"

The monkey charged at Oliver.

Oliver began running through the forest, trying to escape from a troop of mutant monkeys.

"I already said I'm sorry!" Oliver yelled.

The monkeys began chasing him because when he used Hoplomachia, he destroyed several trees they used to sleep on, so now they were angry.

"And I can't attack you, because I don't want any problems. So stop chasing me! I don't want to fight you!"

He began running faster as they chased him until he took lots of fruit from his inventory and threw it to distract them.

"I think I finally lost them."

Oliver looked back, seeing no monkeys, and when he looked forward he crashed into Nami, falling on top of her.

"Ouch…" Oliver said, lifting himself slightly, looking into Nami's eyes. "Hi."

"Get off!" Nami yelled, punching him in the face, knocking him off. "What's wrong with you?!"

"Sorry, I didn't see you, I was running away and crashed into you," Oliver said on the ground, then looked toward Luffy. "A chest?"

"Hi Oliver, look, we have fruit and we found him," Luffy said with a smile.

"Is the chest our new Nakama?" Oliver asked, wondering if the story had changed.

"That's the idea," Luffy said with a smile.

"I appreciate the invitation, but I'm staying," Gaimon said.

"You're staying here? Are you sure?" Luffy asked.

"Yes, but thank you for inviting me. Even knowing there's no treasure, I'll stay to protect the forest," Gaimon replied happily.

"Why?" Nami asked.

"Because there are many strange animals here," Gaimon answered.

"Oh, right, like the pig and the mutant snake," Nami said, remembering the creatures.

"Everyone who comes here wants to take the animals. I've been here 20 years and I've grown attached to them. I don't want to leave them alone," Gaimon said.

"Are you a mutant too?" Luffy asked.

"SHUT UP OR I'LL KILL YOU!!" Gaimon yelled angrily. "The important thing is that I'm relieved knowing there's no treasure. I'm happy staying here."

"It's a shame, because you're a pretty curious guy," Luffy told him.

"You'll be a great pirate. When you find the One Piece, buy the whole world, okay?" Gaimon said.

"Sure! I'll do it!" Luffy said.

'Thankfully that didn't change,' Oliver thought with relief.

"Come on, get in," Luffy said to the others, leaving the fruit in the boat.

Everyone got into the boats and Oliver immediately checked the fruit—they had quite a lot.

"Well, we're leaving!" Luffy shouted, waving goodbye to Gaimon.

Once again, they left that island and continued their journey toward the Grand Line, leaving behind the Great Fighter Gaimon.

"They're so reckless," Nami said.

"What?" Luffy asked.

"Do you really want to go to the Grand Line like this?" Nami asked them.

"Yeah, Gaimon gave us plenty of fruit, but I want meat," Luffy said.

"I wasn't talking about food," Nami scolded him.

"Right, we need sake too," Zoro said, having woken up.

"No!!" Nami yelled, frustrated because none of them understood.

"I guess you mean the ship," Oliver said.

"Yes, fortunately you have common sense," Nami said.

'I only said that so they won't go to the Grand Line in this tiny boat and so we go meet Usopp,' Oliver thought.

"The Grand Line is the most dangerous place in the world, and many pirates are looking for the One Piece. Their ships will be huge. A ship without equipment and supplies won't survive at all in the Grand Line," Nami explained.

"So what do we do?" Luffy asked.

"We need to think ahead. We'll go south. There's a village where we can buy things. We should look for a proper ship," Nami said while looking at the map.

"AND MEAT!" Luffy shouted.

"You should get your priorities straight. It'll take us about a day to get there, but we'll arrive early in the morning," Nami said, ignoring Luffy.

With their new objective set, they headed toward the island where they hoped to get a ship.
