Chaosheng Pavilion.
Located southeast of Guangning Prefecture, backed by the verdant Manglong Mountain Range, facing the estuary of the Nutao River.
Cliff Sea, surrounded by land on all sides, named for its vast and boundless waters, hence the name Cliff Sea.
Over centuries, Chaosheng Pavilion was born along the river, built by the mountains, and although not as renowned as the Cross Immortal Gate, it has established deep roots in the southeastern corner through centuries of accumulation.
Most of the pavilion's structures are constructed from black stone quarried from the cliff walls by the sea, with eaves soaring like flood dragons exploring the sea.
Due to years of immersion in the river breeze and moisture, it exudes a cold, damp chill.
The Nutao River makes a sharp turn at the pavilion's base, the waters crashing against the mountain wall, raising white waves several feet high, with the roaring sound ceaseless day and night.
