Local time, morning of the 4th, Honu Island, Wallace Air Force Base northwest of Treasure Harbor.
Although called an Air Force Base, the garrison is actually the Empire Navy Air Force. Originally, this base belonged to the Newland Federation, built as a regular base by the Newland Army Air Force during the war. It was expanded after the war and named in honor of former President Wallace.
Shortly after the end of the war, the Newland Federation leased the base to the newly independent Empire Air Force for 1 Gold Yuan per year, with the first lease term being 99 years. However, it wasn't until after the end of the Boi War, when the Empire entered a strategic contraction phase, that the Air Force handed the base over to the Navy, which has used it ever since.
Since it's on Honu Island, not far from Treasure Harbor, the base primarily serves shipborne aircraft.
