The statue in the altar was a Buddha with six arms, two of which held a Zen Staff in one hand and a Treasure Bead in the other. The remaining four arms twisted outward, possessing two faces—one angry, the other smiling. The entire statue appeared somewhat sinister, but it didn't exude much of an eerie aura, evidently just a mortal artifact.
Gu Yue Ming began to pray, bowing devoutly.
Xu Shu's pupils contracted.
Tailed Ksitigarbha!
Little Aunt was praying to Tailed Ksitigarbha!
She actually...!
Ah, this seems quite normal?
After all, Christina was taken by Ksitigarbha. She also mentioned receiving divine revelation to search for Arthur, which obviously referred to the Tailed Ksitigarbha...
Xu Shu quickly felt relieved, but thought to himself, thankfully he hadn't chosen to reveal himself in front of her; clearly, there was more to it.
The status of Tailed Ksitigarbha was unique; who knows what exactly its intentions are?
