The Hero stepped off the carriage and onto the platform. As he looked around, all he could see was a deserted expanse, with only this solitary platform standing beneath his feet.
And ahead, it was the towering white wall, reaching into the clouds as if it marked the world's end.
Originally, aside from the small door in the tower, the white wall had no gate, but now a massive gate was embedded beneath the white giant wall.
Crossing this gate would lead to the relics of the old era: the Holy City.
In the past, as the only "religion" within the Kingdom, the Church believed in neither any God nor idol, but only in their own spirit and ideals, which even in those days across the continent, made them a rarity.
And with the descent of the Four-winged King, the existence of the Church became even more out of place.
