Leon and Gapar immediately headed to the Fire Shrine after leaving Ring Seal City.
On the monument inside the Fire Shrine are inscribed the names of the Firekeepers, with the lone name at the top originally being Leon Basque.
Now, the names have extended downward for several lines into double digits, mostly familiar faces.
Leon searched his mind for information about the remaining unfamiliar names, but before he could finish thinking, Gapar waved his hand and said:
"These people are my acquaintances; they can't be from the Demon Clan."
"Is there any chance of impersonation?" Leon asked.
"Impossible."
Gapar reached out and touched one of the names on the monument, and surprisingly, the faces of the named individuals appeared beside their names.
"See, it's really them."
"It can do that?" Leon's eyes widened.
Seeing his own name up there had been pleasing enough, but the addition of a portrait suddenly made it somewhat comical...
