Chapter 1366 - Chapter 610: Sky-reaching Pillar (Part 2)

Monk Quan Heng asked once again.

It seems like he's not asking whether we'll go to the An Mansion, but rather if we want to stay there.

According to Ding Hui's theory, the most dangerous place is the safest one, so the An Mansion is indeed the prime example of hiding in plain sight. I doubt the Foolish Underworld could ever imagine that the people they're after would be guests within the Ten Major Families.

However, the Ten Major Families likely have old monsters residing there. The scale of Thunder City isn't comparable to Sunset City; the older the Family Heads in the city are, the more likely they're hiding old monsters.

Visiting briefly is fine, with Monk Quan Heng's protection, the chance of encountering those old monsters is minimal.

But staying long-term is unnecessary. Although the Forest Snake Gang is somewhat weak, at least it's considered our own turf. Moving in and out is convenient. If we stay at the An Mansion, we'd be limited at every turn.
