And the fact that these consumables only had a temporary effect made it very much unsustainable to use. That was why Michael hadn't seen anyone use any kind of pills before. It's simply because no one could afford it.
But the chocolate ice cream was the exact opposite of that. It was so affordable that even a beggar would be able to eat at least a single serving of it in a week.
