To anyone watching, it looked less like she was leaving after a lecture and more as though she were escaping from someone pursuing her.
Naturally, such unusual behavior attracted everyone's attention.
Many students watched her retreating figure before exchanging amused whispers.
Most of them assumed she had finally begun regretting slapping Sharon and was now attempting to avoid the inevitable retaliation from the influential Lucerra Family.
The lazy black-haired girl, however, merely rested her chin upon one hand while quietly observing Aurelia's disappearing back.
Unlike everyone else, she clearly didn't believe that explanation.
As for Eleanor, her brows knitted together almost imperceptibly.
She wished to stop Aurelia and ask what had truly happened.
However, doing so before the entire class would immediately expose the unusually close relationship they shared.
Therefore, she remained silent.
