That secret was something she couldn't casually disclose.
But there was an urgency in her voice that made Edhan realize she wasn't speaking without reason.
He studied her for a moment before finally nodding.
"Then let's go."
Arlene's heart finally relaxed slightly.
As the group of four made their way down the steep cliff they had just emerged from, Arlene quietly slipped her hand into her spatial ring and took out a small, sharp beast tooth.
At first glance, the beast tooth seemed completely ordinary.
There was nothing particularly remarkable about it. It wasn't glowing, nor did it radiate any powerful aura that could make someone immediately recognize it as a precious magical treasure.
For a moment, Arlene even wondered whether this strange object would truly work the way he had claimed it would.
However, she knew that this was the only reliable method she currently had to contact him.
