"Local contract, low threat classification, but the client wants a visible presence during a cargo handoff tomorrow. Standard civilian control, crowd management, plus whatever shows up if it goes sideways."
Lila leaned back in her chair, already halfway to her feet. "Great. Me and Sera'll take this one." She was already scanning names off a roster on her own tablet. "Grab a team of twenty for civilian control, split them—"
"No," Sophie said.
Lila stopped mid-motion, tablet still raised.
