I then start tailing them but as I turn a corner I then felt it, A feeling like something or someone was slowing down time, but unlike usually I don't or couldn't get faster thany current speed the I get another feeling like speed force was dividing like another speedster has appeared but a adding like it doesn't want to split,but after a few seconds it stops and the speed force went back to normal
But when I looked at the speeding car I saw it had crashed into a glowing green rap and wall
But it didn't matter because I now how's power this is it's green lantern the new one
As I ran up the ramp to take out the robbers of the vehicle to give to the parametric to treat their injury,
I quickly turn back to confront the lantern to tell him the risk for placing a wall Infront of a speeding car,he look down cast but I had to tell hem he can't just use his power Willy Milly an there were cons for his actions,
Then wosh
Something passed me with blinging before I could fully turn back around I saw one of the bag fell with half of it is empty, I turn to look at lantern to ask if he saw what just passed ,I quickly asked and he said 'no'

I'll have to check the camera with batman help to find how took the money from the bags

Lantern POV
I was flying around the area to see any signs of trouble to stop then I saw it a police chase in progress so I flow down and created a ramp and Wall to stop the robbers in there track.
As the robbers sped towards me the didn't see the glowing green ramp and then
Boooom?!! Crash!!
The car front retreat into the chassis almost crushing the two people then a red blur take the two people out after he left I let the constuct disappear, I desend from the air to see the flash but the he started to reprimand me for my requless action and the cons for my actions.
The he asked me If I saw something pass me I said no, then my ring start to bing and beep on my finger
I moved it to my face to check what up then I saw.
