The Titan Skibidi Toilet took one massive step forward, and the ground literally cracked under its weight. Buildings nearby were shaking like they were going to collapse any second. Roma felt the wind from its movement alone almost push him back, and his body was DIAMOND. That's how strong this thing was.
Luffy though? He was grinning like it was Christmas morning.
"Roma! It's HUGE! This is going to be the best fight ever!"
Roma wanted to punch him so bad.
"Luffy, this is not the time to be excited! That thing could step on us!"
"SHISHISHI! Then we just don't get stepped on!"
Roma mind: Is this guy for real!? Is this really the future pirate king!? How did this idiot survive Marineford!?
Before Roma could yell at Luffy more, the Titan opened its mouth wide. REALLY wide. Like its entire face was just teeth now. And then, a massive sound blast came out, a sonic wave that tore through the air and destroyed every building in its path. The sound hit Roma and Luffy full force.
Luffy went flying back like a cannonball, bouncing off buildings. Roma stood his ground, his diamond body absorbing most of the shock, but his ears were RINGING. It felt like his head was going to explode.
Roma: What the hell! That wasn't in the show!
DING! Titan Skibidi Toilet ability: Sonic Scream. Threat level has been updated: Moderate-High.
"NOW YOU TELL ME!?" Roma yelled at the system.
Luffy came bouncing back, his rubber body protecting him from most of the damage, but he was a little dizzy. His eyes were spinning.
"ROMA! That was so cool! Do it again toilet!"
The Titan did NOT like that. Its eyes went full red and it started charging at them, each step destroying more of the city. Roma could see civilians running in the distance, screaming. Oh right, this is the modern Earth arc, there's still humans here that haven't been converted yet.
Roma had to make a choice: protect the civilians or fight the Titan directly.
"Luffy! Keep the Titan busy! I'll protect the people!"
"EH!? But I want to fight the big one!"
"JUST DO IT!"
Luffy pouted like a kid who didn't get candy.
"Fiiine..."
Then he stretched his arms out super far, grabbing a lamppost way on the other side of the street.
"GUM GUM ROCKET!!!"
Luffy launched himself right at the Titan face, hitting it in the nose with a flying headbutt. The Titan stumbled back a little, more annoyed than hurt. But Luffy didn't stop, he kept bouncing around the Titan head, punching and kicking every time he got close.
"GUM GUM PISTOL!" "GUM GUM GATLING!" "GUM GUM WHIP!"
Meanwhile, Roma turned to the civilians running away. He focused on his Diamond shape-shift power, and his body started stretching out. His diamond legs turned into massive crystal pillars, his arms extended into giant shields. He basically became a giant wall of diamond between the Titan and the civilians.
"GO! RUN THE OTHER WAY!" Roma yelled at them.
The civilians were staring at him with their mouths open. A giant glowing diamond man just appeared out of nowhere to save them, of course they were confused. But then another Sonic Scream from the Titan snapped them out of it, and they started running for their lives.
Roma mind: Good, now I can help Luffy.
But before Roma could move, something appeared next to him. Something he did NOT expect to see this early.
A CAMERAMAN. But not a skibidi Cameraman, an ALLIANCE Cameraman. Its lens was clean, its body posture was perfect, and it was holding a plasma gun in its hands. It looked at Roma, then at the Titan, then back at Roma. It raised its hand to its head and gave a salute.
Roma was shocked. He didn't think he would meet the Alliance this quickly.
"Uhh... hi?" Roma said awkwardly.
The Cameraman didn't talk, cause you know, it's a Cameraman. But it pointed at the Titan, then at itself, then at Roma. Basically saying "let's team up."
Roma nodded.
"Alright, let's do it."
The Cameraman started running toward the Titan, and behind it, more Alliance members started showing up. Two TV Men with guns, three more Cameramen, and even a Speakerman that started playing loud music to boost everyone morale. It was like the whole Alliance was here.
Roma mind: Well this is going better than expected.
Back with Luffy, he was having the time of his life. He was jumping around the Titan face, punching it over and over. But the Titan was getting really annoyed now. It tried to grab Luffy with its giant hand, but Luffy was too slippery. His rubber body let him bounce off everything, plus he still had Gear Second on, so he was moving way faster than the Titan could keep up with.
"SHISHISHI! You can't catch me toilet!"
"Skibidi dop dop DOP!!!" The Titan was yelling in frustration.
Then it did something unexpected. It opened its bowl, and hundreds of smaller Skibidi Toilets started pouring out of it. They fell onto the ground and started crawling toward Luffy and the Alliance. It was like a wave of singing toilets, all moving at once.
DING! New enemies detected: Small Skibidi Toilets x 247. Counter has been updated.
Roma looked at the counter and his eye twitched.
"ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? THAT'S WAY MORE THAN 100 NOW!"
DING! System note: Excess enemies will count as bonus quest progress. Killing over 100 will unlock hidden rewards.
Roma mind: Oh. Well that's actually pretty good.
Roma body started glowing brighter, and his diamond form became more refined. He could feel the power flowing through him, like he was getting used to being Dimo. His status screen popped up for a second.
Custom Character degree: 1.2%
So his degree was going up the more he used the powers. Good to know.
Roma charged at the wave of toilets, his body turning into a spinning drill of diamond. He went through them like a bullet through butter, shattering them by the dozens. Every time his drill hit a toilet, it exploded into ceramic pieces. The Alliance Cameramen and TV Men were also shooting their plasma guns, taking out toilets left and right. The Speakerman music was so loud it was actually making some of the toilets dizzy, which was hilarious.
DING! 82/100. DING! 100/100. Main Quest 1 complete! DING! Bonus kill counter activated. Current bonus kills: 5, 10, 15, 20...
Roma kept going, not even stopping to celebrate the quest completion. There were still tons of toilets to kill, plus the big Titan was still standing.
Meanwhile, Luffy was getting tired. Gear Second uses up a lot of stamina, and he was running out of fuel. He landed on top of a building, breathing hard.
"Shishi... this toilet is tougher than I thought..."
The Titan saw Luffy resting and took the chance. It raised its massive hand and slammed it down on the building Luffy was on. The whole building collapsed, and Luffy got buried under the rubble.
"LUFFY!" Roma yelled, stopping his drill attack.
For a second, there was silence. Roma heart sank. Did Luffy just die? No way, he's the future pirate king! He can't die here!
Then, from under the rubble, Roma heard something. A heartbeat. But not a normal one. It was getting louder and faster, like a drum. BA-DUM. BA-DUM. BA-DUM.
The rubble started moving. And then, with a massive explosion, Luffy burst out of the ground. But he looked different now. His bones were making weird shapes under his skin, and he was grinning wider than ever.
"Oi toilet... let's go round 2!"
Roma mind: Wait is he about to-
"BONE BALLOON!"
Luffy skeleton expanded inside his body, making him look way bigger, like a giant skeleton was pushing against his rubber skin. He jumped up into the air, his entire body getting bigger and bigger.
"GEAR THIRD!"
Roma mind: HE LEARNED GEAR THIRD TOO!? In one fight!?
Luffy bit his thumb and blew air into his own arm, making it inflate to a massive size. His arm became the size of a building, maybe even bigger than the Titan own arm.
"GUM GUM-"
Luffy raised his giant arm high up in the sky.
"GIANT PISTOL!!!"
The massive arm came down on the Titan head like a meteor. The impact was INSANE. A shockwave spread out for miles, shattering every window in the city. The Titan head was completely crushed into the ground, the body going limp and falling backward. When it hit the ground, the earthquake knocked everyone off their feet, including Roma and the Alliance.
Dust filled the air. Nobody could see anything for a few seconds. Then, slowly, the dust cleared, and the Titan body was just laying there, dead. Completely destroyed.
DING! Titan Skibidi Toilet defeated! Bonus boss kill detected! Hidden reward unlocked!
Luffy had a massive grin on his face, but then his body shrunk. Not just back to normal, but SMALLER. His arms and legs were short, his head was big, he looked like a chibi version of himself.
"Eh? What happened to my body!?"
Roma face-palmed. Right, Gear Third has that drawback where Luffy shrinks for a while afterward. He forgot about that.
"Luffy you idiot, that's the cost of Gear Third. You'll be like that for a few minutes."
"EHHH!? I didn't know that! The system didn't tell me!"
"The system doesn't control your body Luffy!"
The Alliance members were all staring at Luffy with confusion. One of the Cameramen tilted its head sideways, like a dog looking at something weird. The Speakerman stopped playing music. Even the TV Men looked surprised (as much as a TV face can look surprised).
Roma sighed and tried to explain to the Alliance.
"He's... he's from another world. He has weird powers."
The Cameraman that was first next to Roma nodded slowly, like it accepted that explanation. Then it pointed at Roma and gave a thumbs up. The other Alliance members all gave thumbs up too. They were welcoming Roma and Luffy to the Alliance, apparently.
DING! Side Quest unlocked: Join the Alliance. Description: Gain the trust of the Alliance to get access to Alliance resources, bases, and future Titan fights.
DING! Hidden Reward: Alliance Communication Device. You can now understand Cameramen, TV Men, and Speakermen communication, even though they don't speak words.
Roma eye opened wide. That was actually a REALLY good reward. Being able to understand the Alliance was huge, since they usually just gesture and make weird sounds.
The Cameraman next to Roma made a sound, and now Roma could actually understand it.
"Welcome to the Alliance, diamond warrior. My name is Titan Cameraman... no, that's not right. Just Cameraman Seven. I was sent here to investigate the Titan Skibidi. You have our thanks for destroying it."
Roma blinked.
"Oh uh, no problem. This is my... partner? I guess. His name is Luffy."
Luffy, still in chibi form, waved with his tiny arm.
"SHISHISHI! Nice to meet you cool camera guy!"
Cameraman Seven looked at chibi Luffy, confused, then turned back to Roma.
"Is he... always like this?"
Roma sighed deeply.
"You have no idea."
The ground started shaking again. But this time, it wasn't a Titan. It was the arrival of more Alliance members, a whole convoy of them. There were bigger Cameramen, more advanced TV Men with laser guns, and even a few Upgraded Titan Cameramen in the distance. A full Alliance task force.
One of the Upgraded Titan Cameramen came up to Roma and Luffy. It was massive, at least 100 feet tall, with multiple lenses on its head. It knelt down to be at eye level with them.
"I am Titan Cameraman 3.5. I have witnessed your fight through the security cameras in this district. You destroyed a Titan Skibidi Toilet with ease. Who are you two?"
Roma was about to answer when Luffy beat him to it, still in chibi form.
"I'M MONKEY D. LUFFY! AND I'M GOING TO BE THE PIRATE KING!"
The Titan Cameraman was silent. Its lens twisted, zooming in and out on Luffy. You could tell it was very confused.
"...Pirate king?"
Roma quickly stepped in.
"Ignore him. We're travelers from another dimension. We got stuck here and we want to help fight the Skibidi Toilets. That's all."
Titan Cameraman 3.5 thought about it for a moment, its lens zooming in on Roma diamond body.
"Your power is impressive, diamond one. And your friend, despite being... unusual, shows great strength as well. The Alliance welcomes your help. We are currently in a war, you see. The Skibidi Toilets are winning in many areas. We need all the warriors we can get."
DING! Main Quest 2 unlocked: Participate in the Skibidi War. Description: Help the Alliance turn the tide of the war against the Skibidi Toilets. Requirements: Destroy 3 more Titan class Skibidis, and protect at least one Alliance base from attack.
Roma smiled. This was getting interesting.
"Alright Cameraman 3.5, count us in."
Luffy was jumping up and down in his chibi form, excited.
"SHISHISHI! More adventures!"
Titan Cameraman 3.5 nodded and stood back up.
"Very well. Come with us. We will take you to Alliance Base Alpha. There, you can meet our leaders and receive your assignments."
The Alliance started moving, and Roma and Luffy followed. Luffy was being carried by Cameraman Seven because his chibi form was too slow to keep up. It was honestly hilarious watching a Cameraman carry a tiny Luffy who was waving his little arms around in excitement.
As they walked, Roma looked at his status screen one more time.

Roma was happy. His powers were growing naturally the more he used them. At this rate, he might hit 100% Dimo in no time. And with Luffy by his side, learning new gears every fight, they were going to be unstoppable.
But something was bugging Roma in the back of his mind. If they were in the Skibidi Toilet universe, and the Skibidi War was a real thing, that meant... G-Man was out there somewhere. And G-Man was NOT a normal enemy. He was way above Titan class. Plus, there was also the Scientists, the Plungerman, and other factions to worry about.
Roma mind: This is going to be a long arc...
As they reached Alliance Base Alpha, a massive fortress in the distance made of tall walls and hundreds of Alliance members patrolling the top, Roma felt a shiver go down his spine. Something was watching them. Something powerful. Something that wasn't part of the Alliance, and wasn't part of the Skibidi Toilets either.
He looked around, but he couldn't see anything. The feeling passed quickly, but Roma knew. There was a third party in this war. And whoever it was, they were watching Luffy and Roma very carefully.
