After a peaceful conversation, Makarov and Sera finally understood what really happened. And this time, Makarov and Sera didn't know what to say. Both of them got the information about this secret cave from the four cultists earlier. But unfortunately, those guys had no idea where Akira had run away. But Makarov had a feeling that this kid would definitely be inside the cave.
And sure enough, as soon as they entered the cave, Sera's body trembled, and her eyes widened.
"Master Akira is inside, and he is in a very dangerous situation. " Sera said as she manifested her wings.
"Then what are we waiting for? Let's go immediately." Makarov, hearing this, didn't want to wait any longer. He quickly rushed inside, ignoring the danger of any traps. Sera quickly flapped her wings and also flew forward at her full speed.
On the way, she didn't forget to carry Makarov, as she could arrive way faster than Makarov running forward.` Furthermore, she needed Makarov to be at full health in case a fight broke out.
But just as the two of them were getting near their destination, an overwhelming pressure suddenly came and hit them and pressed both of them down to the ground.
"Damn it, what did that kid do this time? " Makarov shouted as he activated his magic power to contend against the pressure.
The old man's muscles bulged, and his height grew larger and larger, but no matter how much he tried, Makarov still couldn't stand up. In fact, with each passing second, Makarov could feel the pressure increase drastically.
"Damn it, Akira, you are really going to be the death of me, " Makarov roared as he used his magic power to the fullest. Makarov's eyes glowed with golden light, and the clothes he wore all began to shred due to being unable to handle the pressure.
But even so, Makarov could only take a few steps forward and collapse helplessly to the ground. At this moment, the old man began to feel the helplessness of not being strong enough.
Thankfully, the pressure stopped after a few seconds, and both of them managed to stand up, barely supporting each other. Just as they breathed a sigh of relief, a scream that shook this entire cave resounded, making the whole cave tremble.

While Makarov and Sera were being pinned to the ground, our protagonist, Akira, was in no better shape than they were. His devouring skill was now like a stubborn old man who refused to go down despite his broken, weak body.

And the first victims of this would be this village, followed by the nearest city and other villages. This meant that Sera, Makarov, Laxus, and others of Fairy Tail would definitely get caught up in this mess.
Just thinking of this, Akira broke out in a cold sweat. He would never allow such a thing to happen.

But just as they got near, they were suddenly thrown back by a sudden power surge. Both of them hit the nearby walls and lost consciousness immediately.
"Arrrggg, damn you, " Akira's enraged voice rang all over, making the cave once again tremble.
With Akira's voice, the pressure that was emanating from this place began to get stronger and stronger. The walls that were thousands of years old began to crack. Similarly, the light seemed to be getting devoured by the darkness that spread as moments passed.
In this darkness, Akira's form began to disappear slowly, along with the objects and people in the hall. The cultists that were unconscious earlier were all devoured by the darkness along with the throne and other ancient artifacts in the hall. Thankfully, both Sera and Makarov are still a safe distance away, or else they too would have been devoured.
Suddenly, Akira's screams stopped abruptly. And with that, the cave fell into a deadly silence.
But the pressure that was emanating from Akira suddenly began to increase very rapidly. And just as the pressure was at its peak and the hidden cave was about to crumble, it suddenly stopped rising and began to decrease rapidly.
But even though the pressure was decreasing rapidly, the darkness was actually increasing rapidly. Soon, the whole cave was covered by a thick fog of darkness. Then, suddenly, a pair of golden eyes opened in the darkness. These eyes were like an abyss devouring all light and souls.
Gradually, the light began to return to the cave, and in no time, the cave once again returned to normal. In the center of the hall, there was a human-shaped darkness with a pair of golden eyes.
"Great sage, is my evolution complete?" Akira's voice rang as the darkness began to disperse.
