Princess, sorry but obsidian ranks are able to burn a city down in maybe 4hours, but not a capital of 26 thousand people in just under 30 minutes.

That is incorrect. There is no earth light magic so that means water magic was used. The light of water magic is not visible when it is in dirt. In sand you would see the light of water but not earth because sand takes the light of earth to maintain the colors it should be and release the water so it will not become dirt.
So water magic was used, but can you make out what kind of spell was used in this particular.
