At Sylvester's Saloon, the survivors and Berrington residents are finishing preparing the party.
Alicia: This place is going to look great.
Peter: Yeah...Oh, hey...Kyle....Sarah...Anna and Chris are asking for you. They're in the office. Said they had something to show you.
Kyle nods as he looks over at Sarah, then she takes his hand and squeezes it. Kyle smiles at Sarah, then goes to the office to talk to Chris and Anna.
Chris: Kyle...Sarah...
Kyle: Hey, Chris...what's this about?
Chris turns to Anna.
Chris: Anna, you want to tell them?
Anna: Check this out. I found a bunch of books on ships. There's some interesting things about fire at sea, and explosions. The key is the boiler.
Sarah: What are you talking about?
Anna: Chris and I have been talking and we have an idea about how to stop those assholes from ever coming back to Berrington after we've rescued the others and from hurting any ever again....we're going to blow up the boat.
Kyle: What?
Kyle turns to Chris.
Chris: I know it's risky, but it's the only way to make sure they don't come back.
Anna: Plus, it seems right, you know? For my uncle.
Kyle: I don't want to put down your enthusiasm, but we're going to be on that boat, too. Please. Let's not get ourselves killed.
Anna: What? No!
Chris: Look, I did some tweaking and we've made a bomb. I'll make sure there's enough time for all of us to get out of there.
Anna: Kyle, this will work. Trust me.
The music starts in the saloon just as Kyle, Sarah and Chris turn, before Anna speaks again.
Anna: And guys...I'm sorry for before. About how I treated Alicia. I didn't mean to get so angry...I know it's not her fault.
Sarah: That's nice, Anna, but don't tell us. Tell Alicia.
Kyle walks downstairs and hears the music playing then sees Savannah starting to dance which made the others laugh. Anna starts to go over to Alicia and shows her the bomb she's making. Anna then looks up at Alicia.
Anna: Hey, Alicia. I'm sorry.....
Alicia nods, before Anna hugs her.
Alicia: I'm sorry, too, Anna.
Anna: Want to take a look at this bomb?
Alicia: Sure.
The two sit down and discuss the bomb. Chris enters from the office just as Shawn, James, Cassandra, Rocky, Margaret, Abigail, Kayla, Rachel, Savannah, Hunter, Peter, Connor, John and Bryan arrive.
Cassandra: Wow....
Shawn: This place looks amazing, Kayla!
Abigail: Yeah, like really fucking amazing!
Shawn walks up to Kayla, hugging her.
Kayla: It wasn't all just me. Why don't we go ahead and mingle.
Chris walks over to Alicia and Anna.
Chris: Oh, well, I see you two are working together.
Alicia: Yeah, Anna asked me to help with her special project.
Chris: Well, that's good.
Kyle: Is it ready?
Anna: Good to go, Kyle.
Alicia: It'll work.
Anna: Actually, uh....I was thinking about something...maybe we should name it?
Chris: Yeah, let's name it.
Anna: I thought you were going to make fun of me, but....hell yeah, let's name this motherfucker.
Chris: How bout "Brigg"s Big Bang"?
Anna smiles warmly.
Anna: Yeah, I like that.
Alicia: Brigg would've too.
Chris: Then it's settled.
Kyle then stands up and sees not only Savannah dancing, but Sarah and Peter doing a silly dance together. The two are laughing as they do a silly waltz. Kyle smiles and folds his arms across his chest and watches, Peter looks over Sarah's shoulder and sees Kyle then smiles.
Peter: Switch!
Peter spins Sarah then pushes her, gently, towards Kyle. Sarah falls against Kyle's chest and she smiles up at him. He smiles down at her then takes one of her hands then places his other hand on her waist and she places her free hand on her shoulder and the two start to dance. This inspires James and Cassandra, Shawn and Kayla, Peter and Anna, and Rocky and Margaret to do the same thing. Abigail smokes a cigarette, watching the couples dance. All the couples slowly dance on the floor. Hunter leans to the side, watching everyone dance, but then Rachel walks up to him. All the couples slowly dance on the floor. Rachel: Dances....right?
Hunter: Tell me about it.....
Hunter and Rachel look out to all the couples dancing.
Hunter: Never thought I'd see something like this. It's almost like—
Rachel: There's not a war going on right now.
Hunter: Yeah...it's...it's a good feeling.
Hunter looks down, blushing in some way.
Hunter: You....uh...want to dance?
Rachel looks at Hunter, raising her eyebrow, then laughs.
Rachel: Nice try, but no.....
Hunter laughs.
Hunter: Yeah...totally stupid....
Hunter walks off, before Rachel, thinking of Moses, then frowns. Hunter walks off, running into Abigail.
Abigail: Smooth move, raider. Real smooth.
Hunter: Wha-Uh...Rachel? I mean, no. I was just being friendly.....I mean....she's just cute...I mean, you're cute, too, but....
Abigail smiles, then laughs.
Abigail: Hunter...quit while you're ahead.
Later during the party, Kayla makes an announcement.
Kayla: Okay, guys! It's getting late and we should all get some sleep to make some preparations.
The survivors and Berrington residents groan.
Alicia: Wait, before we do, I have an idea....Do you guys remember when Melanie would sing that song when all of us used to get sad or scared?
Peter: Of course, I remember. I helped compose it with her.
Alicia: Could you play it for us, then, Peter? If Samantha was here, she'd sing the words, but...
Peter smiles.
Peter: Yeah, yeah, I'd love to, Alicia.
Peter then stands up, walks over to the piano and sits on the bench.
Peter: This is for you, Colleen.
Peter begins to play a soft, slow and peaceful tune. Everyone smiles, softly, at this while Kyle smiles at this then looks over at Sarah. James and Cassandra share a smile as Shawn holds Kayla's hand. Rocky leans in and kisses Margaret, softly, on the lips. Peter finishes the song, then frowns as Alicia wipes oncoming tears before Anna walks up to her and sits with her. Rachel then carries one of the candles and blows out the flames.
