Chapter 744 - Chapter 743: Banner's Warning

-Real World-

"May my kindness be greater than my anger? What bullshit! He is kind! But look at Asgard now! What has it become?" Hela looked at Thor angrily.

"Also! Don't try to fool me with this nonsense about having to exchange a loved one's soul for another's! Natasha and that Hawkeye Barton are in love? That's bullshit!"

Thor shook his head slightly. "True love is not only romantic love, it can also be family love! Or friendship!"

A hint of disdain appeared on Hela's lips. Natasha and Barton were not related by blood! Their relationship didn't even seem to reach the level of romantic love!

Thor knew Hela wouldn't believe him so easily, but he had no other choice but to change the subject.

"You've seen it too. Thanos is slaughtering our people! We can't avoid this war, sister!"

"Don't call me sister!" Hela was furious when she heard this name. She immediately picked up a box of makeup pencils on the dressing table and threw it at Thor.

Odin had only sealed her in Niflheim. Although that place was empty and barren, at least her power was still there. Now what Thor did was much more excessive than Odin, in her opinion!

Thor dodged the makeup box and looked at her helplessly. "They're about to massacre our people! Are you going to just sit there and watch?"

"They don't even remember my existence! How can they be my people?" Hela's eyes were cold. Odin had concealed all her information, making it so that the people of Asgard now didn't even remember her existence. Why should she work for this group of unruly people who didn't obey her?

Thor was also a little angry when he heard this. "Whether you admit it or not, you are an Asgardian! This will never change!"

Hela sneered and turned her head away. "Huh! Asgard! Didn't you destroy it all?"

"Wherever the people are, there is Asgard! Don't you realize that, sister? Our strength comes from the people! Not from the land!"

"Enough! I've heard enough of your bullshit! Get out of here!" Hela jumped up from the bed and launched at Thor with a leaping Superman punch.

But how could she, who had lost her divine power, shake Thor?

Thor stood there motionless, looking at Hela and sighing silently.

Hela became even more annoyed by this and immediately launched a sweeping kick, but her leg seemed to have kicked a piece of steel. Thor was still as steady as an old dog, but her leg began to hurt.

Hela gritted her teeth, stood up, and stabbed at Thor's throat with her fingers. Seeing this, Thor silently stepped back and avoided her attack.

Then Hela began to attack Thor in various ways, and Thor retreated all the way until he retreated out of the door.

Hela swung a punch, aiming straight at Thor's face, but before it hit, a red magic circle lit up first. Hela's fist hit it and was immediately knocked back.

"Damn it! That damn woman!" Hela covered her hand and stared angrily at the magic circle composed of chaos magic.

She silently memorized Wanda's appearance in her heart, thinking that one day she would repay her tenfold!

"Think about it carefully, sister! I really don't want us to kill each other!" Thor closed the door and turned to walk upstairs.

Hela stared at the closed door, walked silently back to her bed, touched her heel which still hurt a little, and began to think deeply.

Thor's words were undoubtedly a big shock to her, but she couldn't accept for a while that Odin could suppress his ambition for her!

-Broadcast-

The Rainbow Bridge carried the Hulk through the vast expanse of space, a brilliant beam of multicolored light cutting across the cosmic void. The energy stream passed by the blazing surface of the sun, its radiance mingling with the stellar corona before adjusting trajectory and heading straight for Earth.

The blue-green planet grew larger and larger as the Bifrost descended, piercing through the atmosphere in a spectacular display of divine power. The beam angled downward, targeting a specific location in New York City.

Inside the New York Sanctum, completely unaware of the incoming cosmic delivery, Doctor Stephen Strange and Wong descended the grand staircase of the mystical temple. Strange's expression carried a hint of exasperation as he continued their ongoing debate.

"Seriously! You really don't have a penny?" Strange asked, glancing sideways at his fellow sorcerer.

Wong walked beside him with his characteristic calm dignity, his hands clasped behind his back. "Attachment to the material is detachment from the spiritual," he replied philosophically.

Strange rolled his eyes. "I'll tell the guys at the deli. Maybe they'll make you a metaphysical ham and rye."

Wong reached into his robes, pulling out what appeared to be a small bundle. "Wait, wait, wait. I think I have two hundred."

Strange paused on the steps, turning to look at him with raised eyebrows. "Dollars?"

Wong's brow furrowed slightly as he mentally calculated the exchange rate. "Rupees."

Strange let out a resigned sigh and continued down the stairs, shaking his head.

"What do you want?" Wong asked, following after him.

"I wouldn't say no to a tuna melt," Strange called back over his shoulder.

The words had barely left his mouth when the entire sanctum suddenly shook. A tremendous BOOM echoed through the building as something massive struck from above.

The Rainbow Bridge tore through the ornate skylight, brilliant rainbow energy flooding the interior of the sanctum. Multicolored light exploded everywhere, illuminating ancient tapestries and mystical artifacts. The divine beam pierced straight through the building, demolishing the staircase beneath Strange and Wong's feet and punching a deep crater into the floor of the entrance hall below.

Both sorcerers instinctively dropped into defensive crouches, their bodies tensing as magical energy gathered around them. Strange's Cloak of Levitation immediately flew from its resting place and attached itself to his shoulders, its collar standing up protectively. Wong's hands moved in practiced patterns, conjuring glowing orange Tao Mandalas that spun before his palms like shields.

As the Bifrost energy dissipated, leaving scorched marks and crystalline residue in its wake, the two sorcerers carefully approached the edge of the newly formed crater. Dust and smoke still hung in the air, obscuring their view.

They peered down into the hole cautiously, prepared for anything—a monster, an alien invasion force, a dimensional breach.

What they found was a very large, very green man lying at the bottom of the crater.

As they watched, the enormous figure began to shrink. Green skin faded, replaced by normal human flesh tones. Muscles deflated. The transformation was swift and complete.

Doctor Bruce Banner lay in the rubble, his clothes torn and hanging loosely on his much smaller frame. He looked up at the two figures silhouetted against the light above, his eyes wide with urgency and fear.

"Thanos is coming," Banner gasped, his voice hoarse and desperate. His hands clutched at the debris around him as he struggled to sit up. "He's coming. He's coming!"

Strange and Wong exchanged a quick glance, a silent communication passing between them. This was clearly important, clearly urgent. But they had no context.

Strange looked back down at the wild-eyed scientist in their foyer and frowned. "Who?"

-Real World-

"Stephen! I didn't expect that you are so tight on money now? I remember that you made a lot of money and drove luxury cars and wore famous watches." Tony looked at Strange in surprise.

Strange shrugged his shoulders and said, "Who knows?" Since he had not experienced a car accident, Strange had not spent all his family wealth to treat his hands, so he was still very rich now!

Christine had not left him as the Sky had shown in some timelines. He had mastered magic and had a beautiful woman in his arms, and his life was very comfortable.

The Ancient One had also retired completely and rarely showed up in public on weekdays.

While Tony and the others were chatting, Captain America focused his attention on Banner, who was sent back to report the news. "It looks like the war is about to begin!"

"Yeah! Those aliens are coming to Earth soon! I hope the information Banner provides can help Tony and the others prepare early, so that we can know the specific strength of Thanos's Black Order!"

Nick Fury looked at the Sky with his one eye, and he knew very well that the next battle would most likely be the war that the Sky had mentioned a long time ago, which concerned the fate of the entire universe!

They could finally see with their own eyes how Thanos gained the advantage in the battle and how they turned defeat into victory!

He had been thinking about these things all these years!

He was always worried that the army of the mastermind might descend on Earth in the next second!
