Silence filled the room as Airon got down to his knees and kissed Felicie's hand before putting it against his forehead. The tears from his eyes dripped while he muttered words as the sun shined on them to lift his soul to the heavens.
Airon stood and gently placed Felicie's hands over his stomach.
Staring blankly at Felicie's face, he wondered if what he was seeing was real or not. For the first time in a while he fell into a deep thought, feeling a little more healed in this moment. Sadness didn't overwhelm him because this sight was something he did not want to believe.
Then the white lights disappeared and the white walls fell, the sky was blue and filled with grey clouds that cried hysterically.
The bed he rested on was now a brown casket, his family and friends stood around them in black suits and dresses. A depressive and heavy air filled the funeral, as Mother weeped in m- his arms.
