“Hey! What's going on? Wh…why are you quivering? Why haven't you sealed his magic yet?”

The mage didn't reply for a moment, the beads of sweat grew in numbers as his whole body was now totally drenched.

“H…he… I can't! His aura, his mana, his magic is growing. He is growing rapidly, I can't tame him. I can't. He's too…”

Meanwhile, in the shadow realm, Grey smirked as he lifted his hand and made a slashing motion in the air in front of him.

Summoned by a celestial, the seal placed on his core was shattered and there he was appraised.

Grey found out not only will he wield magic, he would come to become the strongest mage in existence with five affinities.

Confident, he enrolled at Lunaria academy. One of the four great magical academies.

Here, he meets awesome mages, forged bonds and most especially, rivalries.

With his squad, Grey blitzed through enemies… portal breaks, dungeons, bandits, kingdom invasion, he was clearing them all.

But it wasn't enough.

The foe the world was up against were not weak by any means. The Otherworlders!

Destroyers of planets, conquerors of worlds. Beings with destructive powers and backing.

“You really want to know who I am?” Grey demanded, lightning crackling around his hands. 

A sinister smile crept on his face hidden beneath his devilish mask as his glowing eyes narrowed at the man before him.

“... They call me; The Supreme Magus.”

The spikes from Vince's metal dome were fired out with incredible force.


Greg and Raze were fast enough to dart away in time as the spikes burst forth and crashed into the ground.


Seconds passed in tense silence as the dome didn't move nor shake.


It remained there with Vince trapped in it.


Raze just took a step forward probably to check when the dome suddenly exploded outwardly with shrapnels flying in all directions.


Luckily, it didn't meet the cohort fighting as they watched Vince slowly rising up with a pair of metal swords in his hands.


"For years, I had been weak. I could barely maintain a single metal sword for long. And now look at me," Vince smirked as he twirled the metal swords around in his hands.


"... I can create more constrcuts and fight better. Isn't this fun and nice? What did you all gain by being loyal to Grey huh?" 


"We gained freedom!" Scarlet roared as she rocketed forward… literally.
