[3rd POV]
The two had woken up later that morning, with Rias finding herself sore after the night full of pleasure and excitement. She remembered the pleasure that Morgan had brought her, and the love that she had shown her.
She had clearly seen how her fiance had felt about her. The way she looked at her as she entered her. The rough and yet loving pleasure she had given her. The way she had treated her throughout the entire experience.
It was unlike anything she had ever felt before, and she had completely adored every moment of it. The woman was warmer to her than anyone else before, in a way that nobody else could even come close to replicating.
Rias loved her.
That much she knew deep down. She truly, genuinely loved Morgan Zagan, the Great King of the Heavenly Demonic Faction. The most powerful woman in the world, barring the Dragon Gods who couldn't really be counted because of what they were.
After her passionate night with Morgan, Rias began to wonder what exactly Morgan was planning on doing in the coming months. With the threat that was Trihexa being still a distant issue. And while she knew that she had been planning for the entity for a while now, she was wondering what exactly she planned on doing with the time that came before the plan would even have to go into affect.
Which is why as she sat in the kitchen of her own home, Rias decided to ask the question that had been on her mind for a while now. While Morgan was making a delicious breakfast for her.
"Morgan, can I ask you something?" Rias asked, as Morgan glanced back at her with a raised eyebrow.
"Sure. What is it you want to ask me?" Morgan asked, curious on what she was asking. It was kind of out of nowhere on her side.
"I was wondering what you plan on doing in the coming months? As while I do know that you are working on dealing with Trihexa and all the nasty business that comes with that, you have never really explained what your plan is. Beyond that you are making the wards around where you plan on trapping the creature, stronger and stronger. And that you want to deal with Rizevim before that if possible, but never beyond that" Rias asked, a genuinely interested expression on her face.
"Well beyond training and planning for that inevitable clash? I plan on dealing with some other groups that will be causing some big problems for me. For us. The other factions of the world are not going to take kindly to the rapid increase in power that our faction is having, especially once news is widely spread of the Asgardians allying with us, and then the eventual merger of the Yokai faction into our faction" Morgan said, as Rias looked surprised.
She didn't know about the Yokai merger, as it had never been mentioned to her before. She wondered what that would even entail, considering their deep connection to the Shinto pantheon. The sort of connection that meant a merger would cause some serious trouble.
"The yokai are merging into our faction? How is that even possible? Wouldn't the Shinto faction be against it? Even with your relationship with Yasaka, I can't see how that is possible" Rias responded, wide eyed as she locked eyes with her fiance.
Morgan could only chuckle.
"Yasaka is all for it, as well as the other members that matter. The Shinto Gods mean nothing in this case. The only reason that the Yokai faction respects them so much is because they have protected them for all these years. But recently that protection has been severely lacking, and they have been allowing certain...clans to get away with atrocities over and over. Hence they agree to merge into our faction" Morgan explained, before continuing.
"As for the Shinto Pantheon. Their opinions on the matter mean nothing. They will not have a choice or say in anything. I alone could wipe out their entire faction, so they have no chance of stopping it. They wouldn't risk pissing me off. Hell, I am even planning on offering them the chance of merging into my faction alongside the Yokai, but I highly doubt they will accept with how arrogant Gods tend to be" Morgan explained, as the red head listened.
"...And you are that confident that they cannot cause any problems for the rest of us? That they will not retaliate in some form? They are Gods after all" Rias asked, agreeing with Morgan that gods were very arrogant individuals.
And when they are that arrogant, they might not take kindly to things like this.
"Trust me, if they do try anything, I'll know before they even do it. And if they do try something, I'll personally deal with it before anybody else gets injured in the crossfire or whatever" Morgan responded, waving off her concerns.
She knew them enough that she was confident in her words. She had looked into the background of the different Gods in that pantheon, and she had also researched their powers and personality significantly.
So she knew what they would do in response.
Nothing she could not handle.
"...Alright, whatever you say. What about the other pantheons? Once you absorb another faction like the yokai, won't that cause the Greek or Hindu pantheons to step in? Even without Hades, the Greeks can be a problem" Rias said, really curious.
"Oh yeah they will. I'm already sure that the Greeks will be sending a God after me, in hopes to blindside me and try to kill me. But they aren't a problem for me. It's more so the Hindu pantheon that can become a problem for me. But even they would all have to work together to possibly cause an issue. And I doubt they actually would" Morgan responded with a nod, knowing that the Greek pantheon was likely going to send a God after her.
She was expecting Artemis, Ares, or Athena. One of those three were the most likely, due to their nature and the powers they have. None of them are really a problem for her to deal with, and honestly she was hoping they'd send Ares as the domain of War could be a great boon for her.
Athena's would be neat too.
"Only you could say that you can deal with the entire Hindu pantheon at the same time" Rias said, exasperated at her words. She knew it was the truth, but it was still ridiculous to hear. Shiva was well known for just how powerful he was.
And Morgan was able to casually claim she could kill him and his entire pantheon...alone.
She was the only one besides the Dragon Gods that could accomplish something like that.
"Yeah that's about right. I hope to have the rest of my peerage, and eventually you at that sort of level. But that will have to come after we deal with Trihexa" Morgan responded, a small sheepish smile on her face, knowing that she was becoming a bit desensitized with her own power.
It was just so normal for her at this point, even if it was utterly ridiculous in the eyes of...well, literally everyone else on the planet.
"You want me to reach that level of power? I-Is that even possible?" Rias asked with wide eyes, not expecting to hear that from Morgan.
Sure, she was basically Satan Class at this point, and sure, she was growing in power at a rapid pace, even if that pace was also slowing. But becoming strong enough to accomplish something like that? To go against the strongest pantheon alone?
That sounded insane, and not something she could ever do. Morgan was one thing, she was clearly a monster when it came to potential and growth. But Rias didn't find herself to be even remotely comparable to that.
"Of course it is. I don't just claim things without confidence in what I am saying. Trust me Rias, you'll get to that level soon enough. It'll just take some time, that's all" Morgan responded, confident in her own words.
She had made pretty much every single member of her peerage Satan class in power, with the weakest of them already rapidly approaching that level. She had several super class members on top of that, all within like a year of work, if that.
So yeah, she had a reason to be very confident in what she was saying.
With that, Rias could only silently stare at her, before blinking as Morgan decided to change the subject, and spoke.
"So...wanna have some breakfast?"
