[3rd POV]
The talks had been...an enlightening one, as Shiva further confirmed several things that she had already pretty much known about his pantheon, and the way that they had been acting. He had explained a number of things about his pantheon, and the way they were acting. And had been talking extensively about what should be done to hopefully stop them from progressing further.
The most important thing that they had talked about, was of course Trihexa. Shiva had been rather blind sided when she had brought up the beast, and had been shocked to hear that the beast was likely going to be released within the next few days.
Not only that, but it was the psychopath Rizevim that was going to be releasing the beast.

[Flashback]
"You mean to tell me that the son of Lucifer desires to release the beast of the apocalypse? Why?" Shiva asked, wide eyed. His knowledge on Rizevim was severely lacking, as he had never personally seen the man, and he had heard very little about him.
"Because Rizevim is a psychopath, Shiva. The man enjoys nothing more than causing chaos, and ending lives. Destruction is one of his favorite sights, and there is nothing more he would like to see than to watch the Underworld collapse, and the rest of the world with it" Morgan responded with a chuckle, finding the mans shocked expression to be rather amusing.
Shiva rarely ever showed emotions like that, and he was even rarely shocked by something. And yet, he was shocked right at that moment, completely blind sided by the fact that Rizevim truly wanted to end the world, all because he simply...wanted to.
"...Why was he not taken care of before? For what reason was Rizevim just left alone to do whatever he wanted to? Surely it would have been better to kill the monstrous man before he did something that would badly reflect on the rest of your faction" Shiva asked once again, wondering why he was just left alone.
It didn't make any sense to him. When you have a being of super class level of power running about, it only made sense to keep a close eye on him. And it made even more sense to off the man the second that you noticed that he was doing something that would negatively effect the rest of the faction.
He certainly would have killed the man a long time ago if he had been in that situation.
"I will not deny that it is stupid, but it was a decision made by the previous rulers of the Underworld, including Zekram Bael, who I know for a fact had connections to the maniac. And as for why I am not killing him now, it's simple. The man is a cockroach, meaning he is incredibly difficult to track, and even more annoying to kill. He also has loyal dogs all over the place, that I am confident would do his orders should he die. And he more than likely has other preperations in place in the off chance that he dies before he can release it, ensuring that Trihexa is released no matter what" Morgan responded, as Shiva slowly nodded in understanding, before Morgan continued.
"The most problematic part about him is not even his power or connections, but his mind. He is an incredibly intelligent man, and incredibly manipulative. And thanks to that, he more than likely has connections and control over various powerful individuals all over the world, including Gods, Demigods, Humans, and other sorts. And while I am absolutely certain that none of them are within my realm, I am not so certain about them being in Japan or other realms connected to it" Morgan finished, with Shiva leaning back in his chair.
The more Morgan spoke of the man, the more he understood why the man was such a pain in the ass. He was strong, manipulative, smart, had all sorts of connections, and had all sorts of back up plans ready just in case something went down.
Basically he was a problem, one that Shiva would also have to watch out for. On top of thinking about the idea of joining Morgan as a member of her faction, therefore joining the most powerful faction in the world. Such a merger would ensure that Morgan has absolute dominance over most of Asia, Europe, the America's, Africa, and pretty much the entire world.
The likelihood of the other pantheons having even the slightest chance of winning is...well, completely impossible. There is simply no way they would stand a chance in a fight, not when the three strongest Gods in the world are against them.
And this is all based on the current idea of what the merger could become. This was not even including other pantheons that could potentially join the faction, and other Gods that might willingly join her faction in hopes of escaping decimation should they stay in their ignorant and arrogant pantheons.
That and Morgan's faction had a LOT of things to give, and treated their people far better than any other pantheon, except for maybe the Norse.
"...So simply put, he is an incredibly annoying man to deal with. And the only way to truly get rid of him is to simply wait until he releases Trihexa and then get rid of them at that point?" Shiva asked, as Morgan nodded in confirmation.
"Yes. He is weak, very weak compared to You, Amaterasu and I. Any of us three could effortlessly atomize him, so that isn't a problem. It is literally just getting him out in the open in the first place that is the miserable part to deal with. But once he is out and open, we can get rid of him with a simple flex of our power" Morgan replied with a nod.
"I will have to speak with my people regarding the idea of joining your faction, but knowing them, I believe that a majority of us will agree. Indra has a small portion of my people on his side, but it is negligible, and I doubt many of them will stay once they hear what your offer truly entails" Shiva responded, as they began to continue talks about the idea of joining the faction and all that would entail.

[Flashback End]
After explaining Rizevim and how utterly irritating he was to deal with, they had continued to talk for hours about the pantheons and the merger and what that would become. A new faction that would lead to Shiva becoming a "Pillar".
That is what she dubbed the higher echelons of her faction.
Each pillar would have power over their "Sub Faction" within the greater faction. So Shiva would have power over the Hindu Pantheon part, Amaterasu the Shinto, the Four Satans over the Devils, Yasaka over the Yokai, so on so forth.
He would be one of the primary pillars. Aka the strongest forces inside of her pantheon. This would make for three pillars. Amaterasu, Shiva, and the two Heavenly Dragon Emperors, who had both reached the scale of power that was beginning to rival Shiva and Amaterasu, only after boosts of course.
She planned for there to be two more pillars. One belonging to Odin, as she knew for a fact that the man was far stronger than he showed. And the last being for Quetzalcoatl should she willingly join the pantheon like she was hoping.
And then at the peak of the faction there was the "Throne" the ruler of all of it, aka her. The five pillars helped support the throne, but the throne still stood without them regardless.
Basically Morgan was preparing for a number of things for the future, even beyond the war against the gods, and the war against Trihexa that would come soon after. She wanted to have her faction survive the tests of time, even when she eventually left to travel to other universes like she was hoping to do.
She wanted it to always be there, so once she was done with her adventures, she would have a home to return to. And she wanted the entire planet to be under her by the time she reached the same year that she had died in her past life.
But now Morgan stood outside of Japan, Shiva having already left to deal with his pantheon and everything going down over there.
And as she stood there, Morgan's face warped into a small smile, as she teleported off with one thought on her mind.
'Time to finally meet Quetzalcoatl!'
