It was an understatement to say that Sam would be upset upon hearing the news. Ash and Eros rarely saw their brother lose his cool, but today might become one of those days where the gloom of his rage will reach the entirety of the Bloodmoon pack. Worse, push him closer towards Elia.
The only consolation that Ash had now was that his brother didn't care about their mate, or at least acted like he didn't care. He didn't care who she associated with or what her life was like before this.
But one wrong step and everything will be ruined. If at all, he learns about the half-breed being Elia's friend, and that, in turn, triggers his wolf's protective instinct towards his mate. Then there would be no power in this world left that can stop Sam from marking Elia.
The Reapers are Sam's biggest foes. And Elia's friend belonged to that very group. Sam will take this as a threat to his mate, and then all hell will break loose.
