Neesa approached her warhorse, the black horse with black clad armour that matched with hers. She gently caressed the mane and stared into the horse's eye with a gentle gaze. She then heard the sound of a tent collapsing behind her, and when she glanced over her shoulder, her brows furrowed when she saw one of the soldiers got thrown and landed on the tent.
"Protect the Imperial Princess!" Yu Fan shouted as he unsheathed his sword and signalled his men to form a formation around Neesa.
Neesa watched the soldier stand up and seemed uninjured, but then she saw more and more soldiers got thrown into the air. She couldn't tell what was happening because the soldiers were being thrown away from different directions as if something was toying with those soldiers. Then suddenly Nessa felt goosebumps all over her body, reminding her of something in the past.
