"He knows more than Skill Issue?!"
The union chat group froze.
Only a few remained composed — Fallen Angel, Walking Disaster, King of Violence, and The X Man. They had already seen the full extent of the memory copies Kaori had uploaded. But those copies were limited.
Kaori, despite her reputation as a lore analyst, had only managed to upload two timelines:
One Piece, up to episode 600 — just before the climax of the Marineford War and the beginning of the New World.
Solo Leveling, up to the Jeju Island arc — the moment when the world began to realize Sung Jin-Woo wasn't just a hunter, but something far more terrifying.
That meant many members were left in the dark.
Little Heavenly Yaksha, for example, had only received fragments of the pirate world. He knew about Whitebeard's death, but not about the rise of the Yonkou, the Revolutionary Army's moves, or the secrets of the Void Century. For someone obsessed with power structures, that gap was maddening.
Hero of China, who had seen the Jeju raid unfold, was left wondering what came next. He had watched Sung Jin-Woo evolve into a shadow monarch, but the true nature of the system, the rulers, and the war beyond Earth? All of it was missing.
Girl with Trust Issues had received even less. Her world hadn't been uploaded at all. She had no idea what her original fate was — and that uncertainty gnawed at her.
Even Fallen Angel, who usually treated chaos as entertainment, leaned forward slightly.
Walking Disaster would benefit from information about the current state of his world and what happened to all his belongings after being betrayed.
What happened to Oh Taeksoo? Did he kick the bucket or not?
Who was the bastard who betrayed him, and what was their objective?
But Skill Issue seems to have been an anime fan just because it was trendy and has only seen a few series.
And The X Man? She was already calculating how to extract more from Ghost of Konoha.
Only Skill Issue herself sat in stunned silence. She had built her authority on being the most informed. Now, someone had just claimed to know more than her — and the worst part was, she believed him.
Ghost of Konoha could read the tension perfectly.
He knew what they were thinking.
He knew they wanted more.
And that was exactly what he wanted.
He was about to reveal another layer — maybe even demonstrate his superiority — when a sudden pulse of chakra interrupted his thoughts.
"This is… the chakra warning I preset in the Flying Thunder God Technique!"
His expression shifted.
The signal was urgent. Someone was activating one of the kunai he had marked with his custom three-stage Flying Thunder God seal.
He closed his eyes and focused.
"Distance… familiar. Could it be one of the marked kunai?"
"Did one of them run into trouble? Was it a trap? Or… did someone ignore my warnings again?"
He sensed the chakra signature clearly. It was one of the kunai he had distributed — a high-priority signal.
He sighed.
Three years ago, he had been granted access to the Book of Sealings. Among the forbidden techniques, he chose the S-rank spatial ninjutsu created by Senju Tobirama and perfected by Namikaze Minato: the Flying Thunder God Technique.
But Ghost of Konoha hadn't just mastered it.
He had evolved it.
His body, having arrived in the Naruto world through physical time travel, possessed an unusually high affinity for space-time chakra. Within days, he had grasped the fundamentals. Within weeks, he had mastered the second stage — the kunai-based combat variant.
He could throw a marked kunai, teleport behind his opponent, and strike with Rasengan or blade before they could react. He had even integrated advanced maneuvers: Spiral Flash Super Wheel Dance Roar Three, Thunder Guidance, and Instant Turnaround.
But that wasn't enough.
He envisioned a third stage — one that compressed the seal to the size of a fingernail, making it nearly undetectable. He added a two-way summoning function: if someone injected chakra into the seal, he could teleport to them — or pull them to him.
He had distributed these kunai to select individuals: Hinata, Ino, Kurenai and a few others he had Who has considered his Allies. If they were ever in danger, he could reach them instantly.
And now, someone was using it.
He opened his eyes.
"Didn't expect it to come in handy so soon."
He turned back to the chat, where the members were still buzzing.
He typed:
[Ghost of Konoha]: "[Well, everyone, I'm in a bit of a hurry. Let's continue this after I handle something urgent.]"
The reactions were immediate.
[King of Violence]: "[You just dropped a bomb, and now you're ghosting us?]"
[Fallen Angel]: "[We were ready to dissect your timeline, and now you're pulling a Minato?]"
[The X Man]: "[Bro, we took off our pants for this lore drop, and you're leaving us hanging?]"
[Skill Issue]: "[You don't drop 'I know more than me' and then vanish. That's illegal.]"
Ghost of Konoha smirked.
He didn't mind the outrage. It meant they were invested.
He closed the chat window and activated his seal.
SWISH—!
In an instant, he vanished from his residence.
Naruto World — Wilderness near Short Book Street
A figure stumbled backward, body sluggish from a drugged drink. Their hand trembled as they held the special kunai, eyes darting between two dangerous presences.
One of them was pale, trembling from hemophobia. The other was calm — too calm — eyes gleaming with serpentine malice.
The kunai pulsed.
"Please… come quickly."
Chakra surged.
SWISH—!
Ghost of Konoha appeared behind them, cloak fluttering, eyes sharp.
The enemy narrowed their gaze.
"You're not Minato."
"No," Ghost of Konoha said. "I'm worse."
He stepped forward, placing a hand on the shoulder of the one who summoned him.
"You're late," they muttered.
"I was busy flexing on a multiversal chat group," he replied.
The enemy lunged.
He vanished.
SWISH—!
He reappeared behind them, kunai in hand, and struck.
They twisted, barely dodging, but the blade grazed their shoulder.
He didn't stop.
He threw another kunai — marked with his third-stage seal — and teleported mid-air, appearing above them and slamming a Rasengan into their chest.
They flew backward, crashing into a tree.
The summoner gasped.
Ghost of Konoha turned to them.
"Next time, don't drink her sake."
They chuckled weakly.
"Noted."
