As you have all known by now, Mom and I just moved in to our new place. It will be our home for the foreseeable future, nonetheless, many things are still left unfinished currently. We don't even have a proper sleeping area yet.
However, recent changes in the rules of Scribblehub and RoyalRoadL have made it perfectly clear that writing fanfictions is unsustainable for me. I don't even know if I can keep Reich Marshall up over on RoyalRoadL, and Scribblehub is a coin toss and a half. The sites have blocked links to my /Pa_treon.
Webnovel is... Well, it is Webnovel, but I am not taking any chance, not anymore.
As stated, I will be dedicating a part of my effort and brainpower into an actual original fiction. It will be referencing a few stuff from RM and GSS, but nothing too serious.
It's an actual, original spin-off with nearly the same starting point as GSS, which is quite literal.
As for how this would evolve, there are currently two basic ideas:
A naval warfare focus story.
A mecha focus story.
Both options will feature Yuri and polygamy. R-18 chapters aren't necessarily the focus. There will be some System elements but it will be a near carbon-copy of GSS' system. Again, not a fanfic of any kind.
Now, by this point, you must be wondering: What will happen to GSS and RM?
The most definitive answer is: They won't be dropped. Their stories will continue. There will be more cameos of Patrons and Supporters as the two stories progress. There will also be cameos in the Original story.
My only hope... My most sincere hope and plea... Please do not give up on the stories, new and old alike. You can curse at me how you want for making this abrupt decision out of desperation, but very please, do not give up on my Mom.
I just wanted her to live in peace.
