Chaotic Multidimensional Space
The Multidimensional Space was quite turbulent today, more than any other time since the beginning of the age, and every single being at the Higher Dimensional Level that transcended the traditional True Gods and True Immortals in the Chaos Universe felt the change that was happening in the Multidimensional Space.
Those of the most powerful and who could see what was happening were in despair because they realized that their lives were about to become far more pitiful than they already were.
Even though these beings could freely manipulate Time and Space, command Creation and Destruction, they were still severely restricted by the Universal Law. The Universal Law was always extremely strict with these beings, because if they were allowed to have their freedom, they would have destroyed every fabric of the Chaos Universe in their fights.
Thus, the Universal Law imposed extremely severe restrictions on them, to at least prevent them from destroying the Space-Time in their petty squabbles. Only a very tiny portion of these actually did something that benefited the Chaos Universe as a whole, and to them, the Universal Law was always more lenient.
One could say that once they did some kind of meritorious service, they would be rewarded by the Universal Law.
Only some of the most powerful and talented among them could escape this or move past the restrictions to a certain degree.
But now, after the Universal Law got its hands on the Primordial Law of another Chaos Universe, a much older and much more powerful Chaos Universe, the Universal Law could start the process that would impose its rule on these unruly beings.
Or at least, it would have had much better methods when it came to dealing with them, because punishing the Higher Dimensional Beings was very problematic even for the Universal Law, as it was still too young and too weak for such a task.
But with the appearance of [Anomaly], the Universal Law finally saw hope in the path forward. Initially, when the [Anomaly] appeared in the Universe, the Universal Law was very wary and it wanted to destroy the [Anomaly].
Yet, at the same time, it also pondered if the [Anomaly] couldn't be used for its benefit, and it paid off. The Universal Law lets [Anomaly] be and successfully reincarnates in its domain.
It conducted an analysis on the [Existence] of the [Anomaly] and found something that was deeply shocking and surprising. It discovered [Fragment of the Primordial Law] that belonged to one of the Primordial Chaos Universes.
The Universal Law didn't know who sent the [Anomaly] to the Douluo Universe, but it was sure that it wasn't accidental, and it was a pawn of someone far, far stronger to achieve something.
In the end, the Universal Law was too weak to stop it, because if eneitty on such a level wanted to achieve something, then it was not worth offending it. Not to mention, even if the Universal Law erased the [Anomaly], then the entity would most probably send another
And then another, another, and another.
An endless cycle until the process was successful.

Suddenly, the entire Chaos Universe trembled as the colossal Eye manifested in the Multidimensional Space, and its projection of the lesser versions of the Eye appeared in every single Divine Realm and every single area of the entire Chaos Universe.
Even though only a few could see the Eye.
[Designation as Grand Dao has been set.]
The [Fragment of the Primordial Law of the Great Thousand World Chaos Universe] carried something far more precious than just the Fragment Law of the Primordial Law... it also possessed the information and part of the fundamental essence of the Great Thousand Universe.
The [Fragment of the Primordial Law of the Great Thousand World Chaos Universe] also had information about another Chaos Universe. Yes, the information was incomplete, but it contained a lot about how the laws worked in there, how they were developed, used, and what concepts were used in the said Chaos Universe.
The Universal Law is that sentient beings want to evolve beyond the limits to prevent the destruction of the Chaos Universe.
Every single additional Divine Realm hastened the destruction of the Chaos Universe by some degree, and the fact that these Higher Dimensional Beings, meaning the beings that were at the Six-Dimensional Space and above, did what they wanted only worsened the situation.
Despite everything, the Douluo Universe was too huge, too huge, and the Universal Law wasn't in a position to oversee the entire Space-Time and also restrict these cultivators.
The problematic aspect was that Douluo Universe was very young... by most of the standards...
But now, after the Universe Law or rather right now, the Grand Dao underwent the Evolution after it got hold of the Fragment of Law of the Great Thousand World Universe, which was pretty ancient, managed to siphon some of it's essence after connecting to that Chaos Universe, with it's newfound might it could now continue suppressing most of these beigns and managing the Universe far better.

The Grand Dao could now spare some power to deal with even some of the more problematic Eight-Dimensional Space beings that were highly troublesome, and it decided to mimic the method of the Great Thousand World.
As it continued to siphon the World Source of the Great Thousand World Universe to nourish its own universe. The World Source was the primordial matter, the fundamental essence of existence and reality that makes everything.
Everything that existed was made from the World Source, and it was the most valuable thing in existence. Even a tiny bit of the World Source that the Grand Dao was right now siphoning from the Great Thousand World was enough to give birth to God Star with a bunch of Supreme God-Kings.
Compared to the Douluo Universe, where the Will of the Universe was a sentient being, the one in the Great Thousand Worlds wasn't, and thus, it couldn't really even detect that a leech had appeared on it.
It was a rather peculiar state of the Universe that was much older and infinitely more powerful.
Yet the Grand Dao was smart, because it didn't siphon the World Source directly... no, it was just using its power to lure the remnants and fragments of the World Source that were existing in the Great Thousand World towards itself.
That way, the Will of the Great Thousand World didn't notice anything, because there was no malice or anything. At the same time, the Grand Dao was extremely wary of the Great Thousand World and was exceptionally careful because of the power of said Universe.
Compared to the powerhouses of the Douluo Universe, the ones in the Great Thousand World were on a totally different level, and the last thing that the Grand Dao wanted was a full-scale invasion into the Douluo Universe.
That would spell doom for all of them.

Somewhere in Douluo Universe, Unknown Chaosworld
Eight-Dimensional Beings were among the most powerful cultivators in the entire Douluo Universe, able to freely traverse parallel timelines, control time and space as they wished, and command enormous power.
They are not constrained by the concept of the Multiverse, and their being is engraved in the very essence of Time and Space of the Chaos Universe.
Ironically enough, these beings, Paragons, were also the source of the greatest problems for the Douluo Universe, as they were usually expanding their Divine Realms without any care for the fate of the Universe.
Everything in pursuit of the higher reality of cultivation.
This random Chaosworld was home to one of such powerhouses, a true Paragon, which was the name of the realm of the Eight-Dimensional Beings, and he was the supreme ruler of the entire area.
While he wasn't at the peak of his realm, only achieving late stage, he was still an extremely powerful entity that didn't even have much fear of the Universal Law.
Cultivators of his Realm could resist the might of the Universal Law and its Punishment if they went all out, and the Universal Law was reluctant to waste World Source on destroying them.
This was usually the greatest assurance of the Higher Dimensional Cultivators, that the Universal Law was unwilling to waste too much World Source to destroy them, thus over time they obtained some kind of assurance that in the worst case they would be restricted a bit, or sealed or punished slightly.
Though today, the Paragon in question had a very bad feeling that something bad would happen. Just yesterday, he finished conquering another region of space and even managed to expand his Divine Realm by a considerable degree in preparation to reach the next Rank.
As he was pondering over the source of the bad feeling, suddenly, the Eye of the Grand Dao appeared above the Chaosworld and the Divine Realm that was covering the entire Chaosworld.
The Paragon in question noticed this immediately, and his first instinct was to flee his Divine Realm and escape as far as possible, because he knew that dealing with the Universal Law was a pain in the ass.
Now that the Universal Law somehow evolved into a more frightening version of itself, the mighty cultivators lamented how unfortunate they were. On their Realm, they could easily discern the changes of Heaven and Earth and saw that Universal Law managed to evolve somehow.
Which was right now, the last thing that they wanted.
Because it would mean that Universal Law evolved from the annoying pest that could sometimes cause a lot of problems to the frightening opponent that would need to be taken with all of their power.
As soon as the Eye appeared above the Chaosworld, huge clouds covered the entire area of the Chaosworld, which was cracked with lightning.
In a split second, several huge thunderbolts struck the Paragon being. The Paragon barely had any time to react as he used his strongest defensive abilities to defend against the Punishment Lightning as he donned golden armor and created a barrier of condensed space.
Yet it proved to be futile against the might of Punishment Lightning that shattered the shield on the first hit, and the second lightning that fell on the person cracked his armor apart. The man was covered in injuries.
Before he could recover from the shock of the Punishment Lightning that was far stronger than previously, several more lightning bolts appeared in the sky as they all shot towards the man with frightening speed.
Even before, the Punishment Lightning was the most fearsome weapon of the Universal Law, but not to this degree.
Unbeknownst to the man, after the Universal Law evolved to the Grand Dao by assimilating the Laws of the Great Thousand World Universe and siphoning some of its Source Energy, it also copied the inner mechanism of the said world and its means of defense.
In the split of a moment, another of the Punishment Lightning Bolts struck the man, annihilating his fleshly body and severely injuring his Soul until nothing remained of him.
Unfortunately for him, now, the Punishment Light possessed the ability to erase the Existence of even Higher-Dimensional Beings. This was something never seen before, as the Paragon in his Soul form was filled with dread and unwillingness at the changes of the Universal Law.
In the past, the Universal Law could only destroy the flesh body of these powerful beings, and due to the limits of its power, it couldn't attack the most crucial aspect of their very own beings.
[Existence] was the manifestation of all that represents a person.
From [Energy], [Essence], [Spirit], [Laws], Dreams, Goals, Wills, Past, Present, Future, and even Information about them.
Only the beings that crossed the Six-Dimensional Space Level could comprehend their [Existence] in the Douluo Universe. Because of this comprehension of their very own [Existence], they were very hard to kill and very powerful.
This was also the reason why the percentage of the God-Kings that managed to cross from the Five-Dimensional Space Level to the Sixth-Dimensional Space Level and become Priamarch was so low, despite the enormous size of the Douluo Universe.
It was also the reason why there was such an enormous gap between the Five-Dimensional Being and the Six-Dimensional Beings. The difference was so wide that it was called "Absolute Boundary", because one Six-Dimensional Being could kill hundreds of Supreme God-Kings with a single flick of their hand.
In the entire history of the Douluo Universe, the Absolute Boundary was breached by someone only two times.
As the last bolt fell, this time, it was a special kind that the Universe Law obtained after evolving into the Grand Dao, the Divine Punishment Lightning, even the very own Soul of the Paragon, and his entire [Existence] was annihilated from the Universe.
After the Paragon was erased, the Eye of the Grand Dao looked at the Divine Realm in this place, which was already at the highest level of the Divine Realm and was one of the largest Divine Realms in the entire Universe.
The Grand Dao used all of the power of the entire Universe as it shattered the whole Divine Realm, killing countless upon countless Gods in the Divine Realm, including several other Higher Dimensional Beings.
Even though the Grand Dao used a lot of power and World Source to achieve this feat, it also served as the signal for these powerful beings to stop the expansion of their Divine Realms, or at least force them to restrain themselves as much as possible.
With this calculated action, Grand Dao bought something that was beyond value.
Time.
Enough time to enact more plans on how to deal with all these leeches that are going against its very own existence and strengthen itself to obtain even greater power so it could deal with them more effectively.
Everything was already set in notion, and the only thing that remained was time.

Chaotic Multidimensional Space
Every single Higher-Dimensional Being sensed what had happened in the Universe, and they were filled with dread, because for the first time since time immemorial, the Universal Law actually posed a real threat to the strongest of them.
Previously, the most powerful among them didn't really care about the Universal Law, because they could withstand even the strongest Punishment Lightning that the Universal Law could drop on them.
And yet, now, Paragon has fallen.
Even though it was one of the weakest among their class, it was still a full-fledged Paragon.
One of the strongest cultivators in the entire Universe.
Some of these people acted very fast as they restrained their activities to the minimum and stopped the expansion of their Divine Realms due to fear that they would be the next ones, unaware that they were already designed to be eliminated.
The Universal Law wanted to get rid of the Divine Realms for a very, very long time already because all of them were accelerating the Death of the Universe.
When the Divine Realm was created, it basically cut out [Space-Time], [Origin], [Source], [Existence], [Luck], and [Fate] out of the 'Main Universe' and severely damaged the Universe.
If not for the Douluo Universe managing to siphon some World Source from the much older and ancient Great Thousand World Universe that had extremely abundant World Source, then the Douluo Universe wouldn't be able to even heal from the creation of these Divine Realms.
These Divine Realms were never in the design of the Universal Law, but they were instead created by accident, ignorance, and by some of the very first generation of Genesis Gods during the Genesis Age of the Universe.
Back then, the Universal Law was extremely weak, to the point where it couldn't even match some of the weaker Higher Dimensional Beings; thus, it was reluctantly forced to leave them as they were.
Once they realized their danger, they were already too ingrained in the essence of the Universe and protected by powerful beings, making it nigh impossible to destroy.

The fundamental goal of the Universal Law, or now the Grand Dao, was always to create a new system where the Universe wouldn't be in a constant state of decay, death, and destruction.
And due to the reincarnation of one foreigner from a distant Universe, the Universal Law managed to find a path forward to create a model in which this would be solved. Even the Universal Law was technically a living being and didn't want to perish.
It knew that these cultivators didn't really care about the death of the Universe, because once one of the Divine Realms evolved to the Cosmos Divine Realm, it was only one step away from evolving to the point where it could become truly independent of the Douluo Universe.
Something like that was unacceptable.
Thus, the Grand Dao created its own blade against these people.
It's own Executioner.
Someone who would implement the plans in the entire Chaos Universe and destroy these annoying pests and their Realms.
It didn't matter if the Executioner would rule the entire Chaos Universe as long as the goals were fulfilled and the Chaos Universe was evolving and getting stronger, the civilization progressed, and for that, the plan of the Three Realms was perfect.
