For the next several minutes, laughter echoed through the drawing room.
Mari had prepared a bowl filled with folded pieces of paper.
"Each paper contains a question," she explained as she held the bowl in front of Genevieve. "You pick one. Read it out loud. Then answer."
Genevieve narrowed her eyes suspiciously. "How many am I to answer?"
"As many as I tell you to," Mari replied without missing a beat.
Everyone laughed.
Genevieve reached into the bowl and picked the first paper.
Mari folded her arms. "Read."
Genevieve opened it and a blush stole up her cheeks as she skimmed over it.
"Oh no," Genevieve muttered after reading it.
The ladies immediately leaned forward in anticipation.
"What?" Dawn asked.
"Read it!" Emily urged.
Genevieve laughed helplessly before reading the question aloud.
"What's Stefan's favourite part of you?"
"Seeing how you blushed, I guess it's not your eyes or your heart," Jade said dryly, and everyone laughed.
