Hearing this statement that came out of nowhere, Aqua's mouth fell open.
Her brain short-circuited.
All her technical questions, her curiosity, her excitement—gone. Replaced by a single, overwhelming emotion.
"What?...W-What did you just say?"
Aisha, to her credit, didn't look nearly as surprised. She had obviously expected this.
Cassius shrugged and went on to explain,
"I need direct access to your mana pathways, Aqua and clothes interfere with the process." He looked at Aisha. "So, to prevent any mishaps, I need both of you strip down."
Julie, from her corner, leaned forward in her seat with her lips were parted and a excited look in her eyes.
She was definitely enjoying this.
Meanwhile, Aqua stood frozen, utterly baffled, her mind struggling to process what was happening.
If she had been completely alone with Cassius and he had asked her to strip down, she would most definitely have done so.
