Takashi's lover is called Mizutani Rika.
To be specific, they are not in a romantic relationship, but rather an employment one—Mizutani Rika is a cadre of the Yamaguchi Group, recently helping Congressman Takashi launder money, and incidentally taking care of his personal physical needs.
