Henry's POV
Ethan's smile didn't falter.
"Why would he be here? He is still in the city, tirelessly hunting for the safety of the people." That was it; he did not further elaborate.
I looked at the state attorney, making a note to ask Ethan for that man's first name later so that I could teleport to him at any point, for example, if I had to get rid of some aggression.
"How admirable! How about Mr. Devin? Did he come? He was mentioned in the deal as well, wasn't he?" The state attorney let his eyes wander over everyone present again.
I chuckled internally.
"I apologize," Ethan said, motioning to the shelves as if he were inviting the newcomers to get ready to work.
"Should we start to address the initial reason we are here?"
Neither the state attorney nor the military people moved; the ones in white coats did neither.
As if they waited for the 'go' from the hyena-like glasses person.
"How about these cameras?" The man in question pointed at them with an eerie smile.
