Chapter 614: Tobi and Yamato
When Yamato quietly stepped out, Tobi had his butt in the air, searching for the ring in the latrine pit.
"This is Sasori-senpai's ring! I'm so careless! I've failed Sasori-senpai! Woo woo woo!"
Hearing a sound behind him, Tobi quickly turned, but his goofy demeanor, mixed with the pungent odor, was bizarre.
"Who are you? Are you with Akatsuki?" Yamato demanded.
Tobi seemed unsure how to answer. "Ah... well... it's like this, I..."
Yamato was experienced. Seeing such a strange fellow in Konoha meant a conspiracy. He didn't hesitate, drawing a kunai and stabbing at the other's neck. But Tobi was faster. His spiral-roll body completely unfurled and wrapped around Yamato like a suit.
Yamato had never seen such a bizarre attack. He immediately formed seals, trying to use "Wood Release: Domed Wall" to defend.
The next second, his face filled with horror. His usually impenetrable Wood Release had met its match. The opponent not only converted the sturdy wood into chakra but proceeded to absorb him, a living person, into its body.
Yamato felt as if he had returned to infancy, his body enveloped in warm fluid. His consciousness faded rapidly, and in less than ten seconds, he passed out.
Tobi absorbed Yamato into his body. Numerous plant-like roots pierced Yamato's chakra pathways. The man's memories, knowledge, ninjutsu, and Kekkei Genkai all became his. The feeling of fullness in his body made him stand silently for a long time.
Before, he was half-dead. Now, he felt he had a body again. He was alive!
"Aiya, it's all this guy's fault. Now I'll never find Sasori-senpai's ring!" Tobi sighed heavily, seemingly depressed. He then patted his butt. "I wonder what 'needing to poop' feels like? Is it similar to the thrill of killing?"
Tobi extended his left hand. A vine, thick as a finger, sprouted from the ground. He originally only had a little Wood Release, but now, having acquired the Wood Release user Yamato, one plus one had an effect far greater than two.

The moment he stepped off the bridge, he was surrounded by White Zetsu. The Zetsu turned, looking at this ninja who had appeared abruptly.
"Get lost!" Ino took out the Rainbow Light Fishing Rod. With a "sweep of a thousand troops," his 10 points of Strength, combined with the Ōtsutsuki's treasured tool, sent the dozen Zetsu in front flying, falling like dumplings into a pot.

Gyūki was forcibly extracted by the Ten-Tails. The rapping warrior died on the spot.
The Fourth Raikage, that beast of a man, had also lost his left arm.

When Ino descended, the Ten-Tails was violently extracting the Two-Tails from Yugito Nii.
The Ten-Tails doing it personally was much faster than the Akatsuki's "Demonic Statue of the Outer Path: Nine Consuming Seals." The Two-Tails, already missing half its chakra, was far weaker than the Eight-Tails. The depleted Tailed Beast didn't resist long before being completely extracted.
Yugito's face went from rosy to pale. She was about to breathe her last.

Ino rushed over, spitting a silver line of water, slicing at the two tails wrapped around Yugito.
