So he did what the demon asked of him however once he did he receive reward he was promised however what he recieved was not something he wished for his wife came alive but she burst out from the same body her soul once occupied but now it was a rotting smelling mess and all he can hear was a loud shouts from the body the thought had decayed making it hard to produce sound but he can feel the pain his wife was feeling the shouting continued non stop unable to bear any longer he shouted out in rage to the demon this was not what he was promised but he received no answer , the following days he called upon the very man he once massacred the rishis to help his wife received peace , taking pity on his wife condition a rishi accepted his plea and perform a yagya ( prayer ritual ) to lord Shiva after which the rishi received the revelation that his wife would recieve her freedom however it's will not be easy , as his actions stopped his wife soul to be stuck in the plane of mortal unable to pass on the the next world , so in his next life he will have to dedicate his entire life doing things which is impossible for a normal mortal to do till the end of kaliyuga .
Just like that as a shock Kamal wakes up and unable to bear the pain his eyes went wet , though this was a mere memory but the love and pain he felt was the most real feelings he ever had .
