His gaze shifted upwards. There someone stood. A feminine obsidian figure. She was calm. Strange flames flickered around her.
The elders stepped out of the meeting hall. What had gotten the Emperor so riled up that he left when they were having a serious meeting? One of them recognized the floating figure.
