"She is someone I got to know~ …. by chance," Myra jumped in.
Amy pursed her lips then nodded, trying to go with the flow as she settled down. At about the same time, Yelena, fresh from the bath, dressed in a casual outfit, walked out. She tried not to look at Brave or Alaric. When she saw Amy was here, she approached, "Mrs. Garcia."
"Ms. Yates, you are also here," Amy greeted her politely.
"Uhh~ … I am sorry you invited both of us to the dinner, but I couldn't make it," Yelena apologized, her voice was low.
"No problem, once Myra is fully fit and discharged from the hospital, we can set up another dinner meeting together," Amy said in a friendly tone. She had an affable personality to begin with, but for Myra, she wanted to go the extra mile and befriend her friends as well. Simply, to know more about her daughter's life.
