"Doctors here." Sol said as he walk back into the room with an older man dressed as a nobleman with silver grey hair.
"Good day Duchess, it's an honour to meet you. My name is Samuel Blank from the Healer clan as you know we heal and the royal physician, I have been the one who has been examining and treating you since the attack. I hope that is fine with you Duchess?" The man said as he stood at the end of the bed head bowed to show respect to my royal rank. Sol moved from the door way and stood next to me as I push myself up slowly to address Mr Blank.
"Thank you Mr Blank for taking care of me. Please lift your head." I said after pushing myself up not realising that my body was in pain.
"Careful Duchess, the blast injured you leaving scars and scratches on your body that my still be painful" the Doctor said as he came over to look me. He put his bag on the bed to open then took out his tools to exam my body.
"Right Duchess, do I have permission to touch you?"
"What?" I ask in confusion. "Why are you-"
BANG!
The door swings wide open with a strong force making it hit the back wall with a crack.
Making the Doctor jump back a step from the bed in fear as his face turn pale and the same time me and Sol ready ourselves for an attack as Sol pulls out his sword.
"SISTER!" A booming voice came from the hallway. A voice that I recognise all to well.
"Ajax?" I say as he rushes through the boor in a panic rage looking around the room.
Hair disheveled, clothes semi-mess and eyes wide.
"Where is she? Where is my beloved sister!" He shouts out. I slap my hand on my forehead in a 'you have got to be kidding me' motion.
"Count she is fine, she is right here I was about to exam her to see if she is-"
"What! Are you going to touch my sister without her permission" Ajax wipe his head to the Doctor direction and the Doctor flips back in fear as his face becomes more pale.
Goodness if this man gets any more paler we will have to call another for him.
"Ajax!" I called out and he turns to face me with rage in his eyes to face me then it charges.
"Sister you up." He sings in a sweet tone.
'The hell? This boy is crazy in the head.'
"Yes…I am… the Doctor was about to check on me so would you please stop putting the fear of God in the man so he can do his job?" I say.
Ajax stood up straight as he look at in surprise.
"Doctor do your examination please" I say to the man.
After all that craziness the Doctor looked over me and I found out that I had 3 broken ribs, head injure and cuts all over my body from the ball room. He changed my bandages, used healing magic to fix my ribs and advanced me to not sleep cause of the head trauma. The man left and I turn to Ajax who stood at the end of my bed like a damn demon in the night that didn't catch the right prey.
"Ajax!" I called to get his attention "what the hell happened at the ballroom?"
He looks into my eyes and i can see that he was second guess telling me everything.
"Ajax don't bullshit me" I say in frustration and he sighs.
"Fine, well I guess Sol filled you in on the basic things that happened."
"Yes, that a dead dragon attacked us and you guys fought it with the Emperor and that it's an Otterman female that fought you guys and she feed the scene."
"Wait… what! Why did you tell her it was a women" Ajax complain to Sol.
"Wait what I..I I didn't"
"No you did. Just now."she said as she smiled back to the men.
"Well then if she knows that much about the person who attack us may as well tell her the rest or are you going to wait till she digs it up herself." Said the voice that came from outside the door way.
"Your Majesty!" Ajax turned and bowed as he swaggered into the room dressed down in training gear with his shirt half open showing part of his chest with his hands behind his back. Sol also stood straight and bow to show respect while I didn't have to do all that bullshit.
"Ah! You're awake Duchess." He said as he smiled back at me. I narrowed my eyes at him not trusting him.
To me the Emperor is the man that put the death sentence on me cause. Granted the fact that all the evidence was pointed to me and the cursed tools that were going to kill the future Empress that Brex placed in my room were found there which made everything worse. I may have been framed for another man's crimes but the pain the Emperor inflicted on me is still there burning and unchanging.
For to me the Emperor is still the same man from my past life.
