Shiro looked through the questions and replied to them one by one.
"Professor Birch, Dynamax is temporary, not permanent. After a Pokémon Dynamaxes, it creates a red dome-like phenomenon in the surrounding area. I've explained this in detail in my paper."
"Professor Elm, whether Pokémon can reproduce after Dynamax…"
"Hiss!"
He sucked in a breath. He really had no idea whether Pokémon could reproduce after Dynamax.
Seriously, who even asks something like that? Then again, Elm specialized in breeding research, so that made sense.
"I'm not sure whether they can reproduce. I haven't conducted any related experiments."
"Professor Juniper, thank you for your kind words."
"Professor Sycamore, I understand."
After replying, Shiro returned to his paper page and scrolled down to the comments section.
The first comment was from Professor Oak: "Not bad."
After that, several professors left comments, followed by a wave of congratulations.
"Dynamax? A unique mechanism from Galar. Sounds worth looking forward to."
"Dr. Corviknight is also the Galar Champion, and not even twenty yet."
"Truly young and accomplished. Probably the top figure of this generation in Galar."
"My first time on this site, didn't expect the youngest Champion to be here. Even Professor Oak is the site owner!"
"Who are you people? If you're not researchers, why are you here?"
A researcher noticed these obvious newcomers and immediately felt annoyed.
These were newly registered accounts, mostly young trainers who came to support Shiro. They admired the youngest Champion and rushed over to congratulate him after hearing about his new paper.
The researchers below were clearly unhappy about them taking over the thread.
"Exactly. This is Professor Oak's official site, a platform for researchers. Why are a bunch of trainers here? Causing trouble?"
"These useless trainers just talk nonsense. They contribute nothing. All they do is play around with Pokémon and waste resources, and now they're here making a mess!"
"I suggest Professor Oak remove and ban all non-researcher accounts!"
"I agree!"
"I agree!"
As soon as those words appeared, the previously calm comment section turned hostile.
"What rule says trainers can't join the site?"
"A bunch of cold-blooded animals. How many Pokémon have you tortured and killed?"
"A group of useless trainers. Always causing chaos. What have you ever contributed to the world?"
"I don't get it. Why is Dr. Corviknight even a trainer?"
"What does that have to do with you!"
….
….
….
"I watched the Champion Cup Finals battle. It was amazing."
A researcher tried to calm things down, but was quickly attacked.
"Are you even a researcher? Why are you watching battles? If you're a researcher, why waste time being a trainer?"
The arguments grew more intense the further down it went. Some claimed trainers had no right to engage in research, while others argued there was no conflict. Professor Oak himself was brought up repeatedly as an example, and the discussion stretched into hundreds of replies.
Researchers naturally had access to all kinds of Pokémon, and some even used them directly as experimental subjects. They looked down on trainers as ignorant people who barely understood basic Pokémon knowledge. At the same time, they blamed powerful trainers for causing chaos in the world, believing that without their battles, the Pokémon world would already be peaceful.
Many trainers, in turn, saw researchers as heartless monsters.
"Looks like the conflict runs deep…"
Shiro shook his head and closed the page. As long as it didn't directly involve him, their arguments had nothing to do with him.
After confirming there were no other messages, he shut the laptop, washed up, and went out to eat.
Later, he went to the edge of the grassland area by the lake and released his Pokémon to feed them.
Without frequent intense battles, Corviknight's growth had slowed. Even with daily training and sufficient resources, it had only gained one level since leaving Galar, now at level 49, still some distance from Elite-level.
Haunter, on the other hand, had grown rapidly. Perhaps because it had consumed many rare items from Agatha, it had caught up to level 48, surprising even Unown A.
Drakloak was level 59, already at the peak of Elite-level. Its growth was steady, but there were no signs of a breakthrough. Dreepy spent all day sleeping on its head, and its growth was even slower, still at Intermediate-level.
Growlithe trained diligently every day and had reached level 43.
Under constant Flamethrower training from Growlithe, Vibrava had finally broken into the Gym-level, now at level 41.
Bewear had also gained a level through training, reaching level 48.
"As for Feebas…"
Shiro looked at the carefree Feebas swimming in the lake, then turned to Unown A floating beside him.
'Feebas should focus on increasing its beauty first,' Unown A said confidently. 'For now, just basic training is enough. No need to think too much.'

Inside Rowan Research Institute.
Lab No. 2.
A group of highly disciplined researchers had just entered. They went straight to their stations, checking equipment data and recording Pokémon data.
They only knew Rowan and Shiro had just returned from some task. The accompanying researchers had merely helped carry things and wait. No one knew what the matter was, and frankly, no one cared.
In a corner of the lab, Bria had already finished her light workload days ago.
Every day, she sat there helping with small tasks like serving refreshments. When free, she used the computer in the corner to browse the news.
Today, as soon as she opened the browser, she couldn't help but read out loud, "What? Dr. Corviknight's true identity is actually…?"
In an instant, the lab fell silent. Assistants and researchers in white coats all turned to look at her.
She realized her slip and quickly covered her mouth halfway, standing up and apologizing repeatedly. "Sorry, sorry…"
"What happened? What about Dr. Corviknight?" Dale came over.
The others didn't mind much. They set aside their work and gathered around.
"What is it? What identity?"
"I haven't checked the site in days. Did he publish something new again?"
Before Bria could respond, the computer was already surrounded. She was naturally pushed out, something she was used to. She patted her chest in relief and sat aside to wait.
"Huh?" Dale, standing at the front, couldn't help but stand up straight.
Rei beside him opened his mouth wide, then showed a look of realization.
"Damn, Dr. Corviknight is actually a regional Champion?" one researcher blurted out.
"Let me see, let me see!"
More than ten researchers crowded together, tiptoeing and squeezing just to catch a glimpse of the screen.
"It's actually real!"
"And Professor Rowan didn't even introduce him…"
"Well, a trainer's identity isn't really necessary to mention."
"Before becoming a researcher, I used to dream of defeating the Elite Four."
"Galar Champion and famous researcher… Shiro. Dr. Corviknight?"
Dale read it word by word, then looked up and immediately recalled the scene in the Triangle Sea, where Shiro had effortlessly killed pirates using psychic power.
No wonder his strength as a trainer was so terrifying. Even a Gym-level pirate leader was easily defeated.
"So that's why… he's also the Galar Champion…"
Dale muttered, his admiration for Shiro, who always seemed knowledgeable and unfathomable, deepening even more.
So young, yet so powerful, and also the Champion of Galar. Wasn't this basically another version of Professor Oak?
Dale had always admired Oak the most. But Shiro was far younger than Oak had been when he became Champion and was about to become a Professor. His achievements were clearly even greater.
Meanwhile, Rei grabbed the mouse and scrolled down.
"Dynamax… a mechanism unique to Galar. Pokémon grow larger, and their overall abilities increase significantly…"
He murmured, then quickly closed the browser and logged into the researcher website.
Although he had followed Rowan to the Sinnoh headquarters, he hadn't attended the meeting or asked what happened. Even now, the details of yesterday's meeting were still a mystery to him.
But judging from the cheerful mood on the way back, the matter must have been resolved perfectly.
"It should be because of the Champion title… and this…"
Rei spoke softly while opening the paper.
But the more he read, the more he frowned. While there was plenty of evidence proving Dynamax was real, the paper didn't explain its core at all. It only described some of its characteristics.
It felt like an explanatory article written after a preliminary discovery.
He immediately understood. This had been released by Galar's officials through Shiro. The real purpose was promotion and building momentum.
But if this mechanism had already been controlled by certain powerful forces, then Shiro had been pushed to the center of attention. That was dangerous.
"Make way. I need to ask Professor Rowan…"
He quickly broke out of the crowd and rushed to Lab No. 1.

Lab No. 1.
Rowan had just woken up and was still entering Pokémon data. Carolina was beside him.
"Professor! Do you know about Dynamax?" Rei rushed in and spoke rapidly.
"What are you talking about?"
Rowan looked up, confused. He hadn't seen the paper yet.
Carolina also looked puzzled and said calmly, "Rei, don't rush. Explain slowly."
"Dynamax… it's in Dr. Corviknight's latest paper. It's from Galar…"
He quickly explained everything.
"The Dynamax system? This is a new research result?" Rowan stood up excitedly, about to check the paper himself.
Carolina grabbed him and frowned. She clearly understood the issue.
"You're still so impulsive at your age. Even Rei is calmer than you…"
Before he could react, she dragged him downstairs, following Rei to find Shiro.
