The Linghai Reserve Camp's area has turned into a construction site again.
The two rows of bungalows previously built have been completely demolished, and now a three-story building along with a two-story annex are set to be built. The funding comes from Binjiang City, and the construction project is managed by the Linghai Armed Forces Department.
