Synopsis
Null#1378 Personal log – final entry before deletion. I died at 19:14:11 during a blindfolded Sekiro randomizer. Cause irrelevant. Run was valid. Respawn location: Hell. No menu. No HUD. No continues. A voice that is not a voice explains the rules once, then never speaks again. Seven games remain open on the desktop of my corpse. Seven realms. One life each. Clear all seven sequences without a single death or the soul is overwritten permanently. Every game is a challenge, no level is permanent. In the previous game I was stronger and much faster, but this game I am back to default settings. Strength, speed, muscle memory, reaction time; everything resets at the load screen. The only carry-over is knowledge. Frame data. Timings. Spawn points. That is the only currency Hell allows. Dark Souls III loaded first. I cleared it in 41:27 real time, no deaths. Then the floor dissolved and I fell into Getting Over It. Default body. Zero upgrades. Hammer weighs what my spine used to weigh. I am climbing. Ultrakill next. Cuphead. Grand Theft Auto rendered as an endless demon megacity. Sekiro with resurrection disabled. And finally, the oldest save file: Pokémon Blue, 1998. Every box slot I ever abandoned is waiting. I do not feel fear. I do not feel hope. I feel inputs. If I reach the end of the seventh game, the voice promised a second life. Probability of success: unknown. Probability of caring about success: zero. Null is running. Git gud or stay dead.

Chapter 1 - PROLOGUE

(Real time: 19:14:11 → 19:14:12)

The room is dark except for the monitor's cold glow.

Null sits exactly 47 cm from the screen, spine curved into the same permanent C it has held for the last eleven years.

Blindfold on.

Headphones off.

Sekiro randomizer, seed 1378, blindfolded Any% attempt #412.

Current WR: 34:51.

His personal best: 34:53.

Margin: 2 seconds to shave.

The timer in his head reads 34:47.12.

He is in the final phase of the final boss: Isshin, the Sword Saint.

Lightning reversal window is 0.41 seconds.

He has hit it 411 times in a row across all attempts.

This will be 412.

Isshin leaps.

Lightning cracks.

Null's fingers move before the audio cue even finishes.

Thumb on jump, index on attack, perfect.

The reversal lands.

Health bar drops to one pixel.

One more Mikiri Counter and the run is his.

Isshin thrusts.

Null's Mikiri is 0.03 seconds early.

The kanji flashes red.

Deathblow.

The screen goes black.

Real chest stops mid-breath.

No sound.

No pain at first.

Just the sudden absence of input lag between brain and body.

His head lolls forward.

The blindfold slips.

For the first time in nineteen hours he sees the room unfiltered:

empty Soylent pouches, dust, the single LED strip flickering 144 Hz like a dying heartbeat.

He tries to type "gg" in chat.

Fingers won't move.

The body is no longer accepting commands.

Timer in his head freezes at 34:47.15.

Personal best denied by three one-hundredths of a second.

He feels nothing about it.

The last coherent thought is clinical, flat, almost curious:

Run invalid.

Cause of death: cardiac arrest secondary to chronic stimulant abuse and malnutrition.

Time wasted: 19 hours, 14 minutes, 12 seconds.

Then even that fades.

The monitor reflects a slack face and open, unseeing eyes.

Chat scrolls one final time:

"bro just died for real"

"clipped"

"F"

The screen goes dark.

Null#1378

Run terminated.

No continues.
