Staring at the sleeping Melissa and Altros, Rael couldn't help but let out an exhausted breath. Honestly, both of these people shouldn't even be here in the first place, but they now were because of his own interference.
But after the encounter with Renoir, seeing his worldview really did change a few things about how Rael thought. Alas, he might've done what he did and made them into who they were today, but so what?
Had he been in the same situation, he would've done it again as well. He was a curious person, and oftentimes reckless. So of course, feeling guilty over something like that was just pure stupidity.
