Edmund didn't expect that the discussion about their business would take so long that he didn't get the chance to accompany his wife to choose the clothes they would wear to the banquet.
He honestly thought that his wife would be mad at him, or at least pout a little because he didn't keep his promise. But when he opened their chamber door, he saw his wife greeting him with joy.
"Husband, you're back!" She wore a bright red bathrobe, her hair tied up casually. Without giving him a chance to speak, Primrose rushed toward him and said, "Come on! We finally have some time to relax after such a long day."
Edmund looked at her in confusion, but he didn't stop her as she grabbed his hand and led him down the hallway. "Where are we going?" he asked.
Primrose turned to him, chuckling. "I'm wearing a bathrobe right now, so… take a guess?"
[Wife, if you want to take a bath, can't we just do it in our private bathroom? Why did you come all the way out here?] Edmund asked through his mind.
