"Edmund!" Primrose called out the moment she saw him step out of the palace. She quickly waved him over. "Aster found something strange. I think we should check it out."
"The window?" Edmund asked, probably he had already heard everything through her ring. "I was about to go there, but since I already came down, I wanted to see you first."
Primrose bit her lower lip, trying to hide the smile that threatened to show. Beside them, Aster stood there awkwardly, watching the two of them openly show affection like she didn't exist.
"Why don't we check on it together instead?" Primrose said, walking up to him and slipping her arm around his. "I already made sure all the women have warm blankets and hot chocolate. Solene and Aster can stay here and watch over them."
She turned toward Aster before Edmund could say anything. "You can handle that, right?"
Aster blinked a few times, then nodded quickly. "Yes, yes, of course. Don't worry about that."
