Julia stared at Isaac for several long seconds before suddenly bursting into laughter.
"Information about the God of Axe and an Imperial Artifact? Why don't you also ask for my hand in marriage while you're at it? Maybe I can throw in a dowry too," she said between laughs.
She laughed so hard that tears formed in the corners of her eyes. Isaac simply stood there without reacting, waiting for her to finish. Before the laughter could continue any longer, the floating blue sphere of light spoke in a calm voice.
[He is serious.]
The laughter slowly faded from Julia's face. She looked back at Isaac, studying him more carefully this time.
The amusement disappeared completely when she realized he had not been joking. For a brief moment, she simply stared at him as if trying to understand whether he had lost his mind.
"An Imperial Artifact and information about a God. You do realize your scam is a little too blatant, right?" she said at last.
