Nappa had since finished his long session of instructing the future king in combat. Requesting an audience with The king and getting an answer right away surprised him. Of course king Vegeta had a moment to spare for his son's teacher. One of them at the least.
Ever since he caught a spy in the contracted aliens, the king has been acting differently. Nappa didn't understand it, however he had faith in the man with such strength that shakes and shatters planets.
The burly balding man lumbered about thoughtfully. Eventually lifting into the air before blasting off, purpose filling his thoughts.
("I have to get on the same page, for our future child Zana")

"Aldera..." Calls out a gruff regale voice. Like one speaking to a shadow if it could speak back.
Swiftly swooping in beyond visibility, and landing on his knee beside the King of all saiyans. A lanky man in a blue and black accented armor set knelt before the King's throne. His hair and eyes are void black like the rest of his race. A hair style with twin wild peaks that shoot upwards. His hands in rare armoured fingerless gloves and boots with a sharp tip.
"Sire, you call for me?" His gangly shriek like voice echoes in the room.
"Two more will be arriving. In the meantime Aldera. I have to admit, you have done a great deal for me. There is probably only a handful left. All this work even after the tragic passing of your wife. And to give up your son to our experiment. When this is all over i will share a few planets with you" his tone was overbearing yet genuine.
"Thank you sire, but it had to be done. The babe had to sit aside. I won't rest until I find the one responsible for killing my mate" Aldera said with fire in his eyes that seems to have awoken his frozen soul.
"Yes.." the king started before pausing " the deliberate attacks on high ranking loved ones has been devastating." His words imply that he knows so much more.
"Sire, you know who's responsible..who else has been targeted!?" Aldera finally stood tall.
" I do, but I'll be waiting for the rest of my elite circle to make this important announcement"
With the command made, the heated cold man had to wait. His loyalty persisted over his boiling anger.

First to arrive was a large man with a Cannon sized arms and legs. His head was bald and with a mustache that looked penciled on down to the edges of his lips. The man wore your typical saiyan armor, not changing it since his mid class soldier days. Brownish yellow shoulder, thigh, and crotch guards that are attached to the tough white chest plate.
His confident gait shimmies into the mere light step a butler might take. Across from him was the strongest man he had ever met after all; aside from the galactic emperor himself.
"Nappa, it's good that you sent in that request when you did" King Vegeta said with a monticum of respect in his tone. "Once she arrives we can talk more about why I needed you to be here. In the meantime feel free to share with me how my son is doing?"
The burly man was caught off guard by the meeting. It wasn't until his eyes finally adjusted to the darker corner of the dimly lit room, that he noticed one of the elite warriors he knew in the room. Aldera was someone Nappa was familiar with–but without overestimating his power he had to say that of the three of them they were in the top ten strongest living Saiyans.
("Is that what this is about?") He was thinking when the man stepped forward from his relaxed position.
"Nappa, didn't you hear his Majesty ask you about the young prince." The man with dark eyes spoke with such difference it nearly caught the oaf off balance.
Nappa blinked three times before coughing. "Sire, actually that is why i came here" he had cleared his throat and was speaking much more solidly. "The truth is that.."
"Well..just tell me how it is. It is a great deal that I left my only heir in your care. That boy will surpass me and to do that it'll take refinement. That means ironing out the parts that stick out. With absolute force."
Aldera was mentally noting this down as Nappa had found his resolve to speak his piece.
"Sire, it's his anger issues. With time his underestimation of weaker enemies will fix itself, but his combative state while angered could lead to his death one day. I can start to fix it..if you would allow me to"
The idea of Prince having an angry explosive fit and Nappa taking the responsibility for that sounded like a hellish headache. Of course, Nappa wanted his students to be flexible first and foremost.
"Of course, do it right away, General Nappa. It is up to you to help foster our great empire's future leader." King Vegeta's voice held a moving amount of will power and confidence.
Aldera gave Nappa Nappa a nod of respect. They both long since pledged their allegiance to the same royal family. Despite their differences, they were working towards the same goal and respected each other's strength. The former was great at weeding and assassinating traitors while the latter was confident in instructing skills.
It was then that the last member of this meeting walked in.

Just like the rest of the saiyans in the room this new arrival was fairly old despite looking only as aged as a thirty year old. With a brown tail wrapped around the waist. Unlike the other three this person was a woman. A very attractive one at that. A crazy–strong fighter, but not a teacher.
Negi, like her peers and King, had black hair and eyes. Her hair was like wild unkempt mane that somehow ended just below her shoulders. Her armor was sleeveless and lacked arm or hand guards. White boots and a green accented armor chestplate. Like nappa she wore a black body suit underneath. Finally she tied the shortest man in the room for height; that being the King himself.
"This crazy woman.. seriously" were Nappa's first words upon her arrival.
"Wow..i would have expected a hello or a hi, it's good to see you too Nappa" said Negi who turned to the King, only glancing at Aldera. "Sire i am here as you called for me, they took my scouter at the door. What is the point of that?"
"And why are these two here? And..." She continues to prattle on question after question. There is even a drop of sweat forming at her temple from the realization that she is running her mouth.
"Negi just shut up and listen" Aldera couldn't help but attempt to shut the woman up, which was just the worst idea he could have had.
"What did you say to me!? Did you just walk out of the shadows or something you edgy bastard?" She stepped towards him when the King shouted from his spot on the throne interrupting her.
"Silence" The king's anger may be under control, but his intolerance may never die.
King Vegeta would then fully explain his intentions in calling the three of them there. Each of them is more confused than the last. Aldera was his trusted side and would carry out his will in the shadows of his kingdom. It was Negi and Nappa's jobs to foster change in key parts of their future force. Of course he reiterated Nappa's position, but it was important when considering she is being looked at for a promotion to general. Admitting that with his previous Colonels departure the promotion needed to be filled.
King Vegeta took no questions as he further continued to speak without the privacy they had. He made them deeply aware of how paramount it was to secure the future for his son to rule the galaxy. (Universe?)
Finally with all the plans laid out, King Vegeta laid out the truth.
"And you two may have been wondering why I've kept this in just the four of us..and why I've been acting so differently lately. Well the truth..." He grips the edge of the throne arm so tightly it might crack. "Is that my Queen was murdered? Targeted... by none other than that childish gods forsaken ice cream cone"
The room was silent but the severity kicked in for both of them. Nappa was shocked to have just heard this. Negi looked a bit crazy. After a moment the woman was cackling and Nappa just said.
"Sire are you saying.."
"Yes, it happened to me as well, nappa. The mother of my child was killed against a mutated alien race she had beaten time and time again. Randomly her pod destroyed mid travel"
Nappa gritted his teeth because at the end of the day he had someone who met the criteria. He wanted to laugh that this was even a possibility. His mate was someone who used to be much more formidable than him. Still a respected and responsible warrior. To be assassinated is unbelievable. If not for the fact that they got the queen–and are getting away with it.
"Hahahaah, F*ck i knew that bastard would come for us one day. You should have just started with that sire. Just tell me what I need to do to get..." She paused briefly "someone's hands around his neck"
As she cackles away King Vegeta, though relieved by the declaration of commitment, doesn't approve of her frivolous attitude. Shaking his head he is just about ready to adjourn the meeting.
"That is all" he finally speaks with nothing much more to say. "You know your roles. Report back to me intermittently. We will all come back together in a year where I hope to add my son and that child Zukki to our ranks."
Despite the added weight and stress Nappa lumbered out as he came. First things first for him. To return home to his partner and start making a family. The idea of two or three of him running around was great motivation to whip the prince into shape.
Aldera left after kneeling again without much of a word.
Finally Negi was genuinely thinking about how to go about things now. She may have conviction in this job, but it didn't change the fact that she could not train to save her life. Preparing to leave the room she was stopped by the king who had a few choice words and an extra assignment.
"Remember she needs to be crushed before each reassessment. She must not succeed early. There is one coming up and if she doesn't even scratch the victory I will forgive your transgressions. And Negi, just pick out a handful of those rejects to practice on and leave Nappa alone unless you ask for his advice. Actually do that and get out!"
His words were final despite how they stunned her. It was just a prattling on about the amount of common ideas she could use to advance her skills in instructing subordinates. Negi didn't say much else and just left like the rest.
In her mind it was just those three extra rejects that stand out. Even the old guys and rejects with higher power levels weren't as interesting. It wasn't her first priority now anyway. That would come after she ends Zukki's chances of officially leaving their base.

The throne room was a bit more ornately made. It wasn't just a metal box and without scouters or guards people could be walking around. The wooden door to the royal family's quarters was cracked open. On the other side was a dumbfounded Prince Vegeta.
Having returned quickly, a bit after Nappa and Negi arrived. Learning that his mother was dead, killed by the galactic empire's random machinations. Vegeta did not blame himself, no, he respected his father's decision to change their people. He didn't care how hard it would be, it was for the strongest of them to take over the galaxy. (universe?)
Vegeta reached over and rubbed his back. The place still tingles, phantom pain from the chemical burn.
("I knew they had acid..yet I let one of them hit me with it. Next time I'll use more vigilance") The prince nodded to himself before returning to his quarters.
